I,m aware that the Hungry Horse attracts by offering cheap wholesome no frills food and that's exactly what I got the interior is a bit drab and soulless which in some ways describes the food Staff were good and service was quick so no real complaints

Food ok - but first 2 choices they didn't have, had to wait to be served at bar though as well. People who worked here seemed happy.

We ate here because we were staying at the Premier Inn to visit Peppa Pig world. The restaurant was very busy with families with young children, which is to be expected with the location (we were one of those families). It is a standard Hungry Horse restaurant, so you know what to expect. The queue to order the food at... More

As the tittle states...! We enjoy coming here but do find the prices they want are much above what they should be for the food being served. It's nice, it's tasty... but not worth the high price... We have no problem paying a high price when we feel it's worth it. However here it could be improved. The service is... More

We visited on 22/04/17 large eating area, we had the family for £15 deal, it was the quickest service ever, ordered served in 5 mins, the food was cold, chips were old, we asked the man serving if he could heat it up which he did. The man serving was very pleasant, and apologised.

Regularly have to stay in the Premier Inn for business and am constantly disappointed by The Vine. The service is sho king with at least 20 mins to get a drink and even longer for food. And that's just to order. The place is a constant mess . They are just too tight to employ enough staff. I prefer now... More

Bank holiday Monday- busy, food warm at best, very messy and an hour wait after ordering food. Convenient if you're staying at the Premier inn Hotel but not the best food.
