Visited for a family dinner. The location is lovely - right on the water and the pub itself is very pleasant, open fire and all. Food is very nice with some good decent vegetarian options. Desserts are especially good.

Positioned just off the beaten track, this is a locals' pub that gets found by tourists and holidaymakers. Good food, nice ambiance, reasonable prices, but a walk-to place as there's no parking.

You couldn’t ask for a more picturesque location than this. The staff, Sam the bar manager in particular, are always friendly and helpful. The food is unpretentious and very English. It’s pub food not haute cuisine. I recommend the fish and chips, bangers and mash,...More
