We had a great Christmas meal for a large party of family & friends. Service was excellent and food was spot on. We had a private area for our party which also made it much easier. Thank you for making it a special day. Thanks Victoria, Tom and Kelvin for all your help.

Had a meal here with friends tonight, partaking in the set menu. The setting is pretty good with the old ad-hoc wooden furniture and decor, typical of a modern chain pub trying to reach back for a older feel. The set 3 course menu had the capacity to be very good, however it was let down by the fact that... More

We arrived at Fowlers Farm celebrating a special occasion (engagement) and the restaurant was recommended by one of the guests who was attending. It was a busy lunch time which is something that I will give the restaurant in the defence of my review. We arrived around 2pm and was shown to our table in a cut off area around... More

Been here a few times now and always the meals are good size and standard. Shame the ham hock has come off the 2/3 course menu as I always enjoyed it. I would say that if you are in a rush or limited on time don't expect much. We arrived at 7pm ordered drinks etc. We had our starters and... More

This is the second time we have eaten here (last time being a Sunday 3 years ago!). We were welcomed and seated and menus were explained to us. The food and drinks arrived promptly. The steak was cooked to perfection and the blacksticks cheese sauce was just bliss. My mother has the Lamb Duo and this was also lovely. What... More

Ate here with family and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were pleasant and professional and the food was served in a timely fashion. I had soup which was packed with flavour and a very well cooked steak. Second time of eating here and both times have been superb. Well done to the team.

You enter via a garden centre from the main road, and the pub is next to a Premier Inn. Car parking seemed adequate, but not over generous. Going into the building you are met with the usual Vintage Inn formula of stone flagged floors, wooden tables and an eclectic mix of furniture; all as expected and pleasant. On our visit,... More

Hi Nigeljcook Vintage inns across all of its pubs provides a warm and welcoming feel. Each individual vintage has its own touches to make them unique to the surroundings. Over the last week we have had our cask marque accreditation, passing with 5's. However, i would like to apologise that the beer had to be sent back twice. As part... More

We stopped over at Fowlers Farm, having read about their pies. We do not get pies where we are from and could hardly wait to taste them. When we arrived, it took me 30 seconds to change my mind to the fish and chips. Our adult children still had the pies. The food was just plain awesome. I also loved... More
