Following our unhappiness about an inedible steak, I spoke to Zoe, the manager and she was extremely courteous and apologetic about our experience and refunded my boyfriend the cost of his steak. I am really pleased with the outcome and believe this is fair.

To be honest I have no idea, I stayed in a lodge and never made breakfast once as the late nights did not readily transend into early mornings, the staff are really friendly and a quick call should get you the answer you need
