We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and were very impressed by the staff who, despite dealing with a large party, remained calm and in control throughout and gave our table of 4 all the attention we needed. I have various food intolerances and its the first...More

Lovely choices on the Christmas menu at the Netherfield Arms this year - my favourite so far is the sea bream with the most amazing sauce - tasty without taking away the heavenly taste of the pan fried sea bream - can't get enough of...More

We met with some friends on a perfect day weather wise, with neither a cloud or a sign of mass chemtrail spraying in the sky. For that reason we sat outside in the lovely garden area, that enjoys expansive views of the open countryside, and...More

We have made several visits and the quality of every dish sampled has been superb. Top quality food and a top quality welcome by people who know how to create a wonderful ambience for all their customers.

There are some strange reviews of this place, and I understand why. The landlord is a very cheery soul, how some find him grumpy I can't understand. He is definitely different though! We walked into the bar and he approached from behind "Can I help...More

Recommended on Trip Advisor and so glad we came for dinner. Excellent choice on menu and many vegetarian dishes (not the usual staple veggie stuff). Our fish and steak were excellent and I gad best side salad with fruit added which was a pleasant surprise....More

There is a car park on the other side of the road to the pub. It's a quiet road too so easy to cross.

Hello, I'm sorry the only dogs allowed on the premises are guide dogs. we do not allow dogs in either the bar area or the restaurant but we allow them in the garden if on a lead.
