Good fish and chips. The fish tasted fresh and the restaurant was clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Better value for money than popular places nearby in Aldburgh and Dunwich

Avoid at all costs. We ordered 2 x fish and chips. A small and simple order . Having waited for 30 minutes, with no indication (or even apology) from staff as to when it might be ready I decided to walk out in disgust. This was such a disappointment as we had never been to Seahawks before and was excited... More
We have stopped here twice over the last few weeks and the fish and chips are lovely. My partner went in on Friday evening and had a long wait and it turned out that the young lad had forgotten to order his pie so he took it off the bill. Cheapest and loveliest Fish & Chips we've had for a... More
40 minute wait for fish cake and chips!!! CRAZY! Slow, slow, slow and slower. Need to sort it out! Even when the order has been phoned through, still end up queuing for 20 minutes!
There are lots of great chipped in England. Many are near the sea. And a good few are near the Suffolk coast. But if you want perfectly cooked fish, light crispy battery and chips that are floury on the inside and crispy outside, you can't go wrong with Seahawks at Leiston. It's not exactly a touristy town but it boasts... More
We are new to the area and struggled to find a decent fish and chip shop. This establishment has come up trumps. Food is cooked to order while you wait, it is good value for money. The thing that struck me is how clean the shop is. We'll be coming back for more.
I recently had the pleasure to eat in this small but well presented restaurant whilst down in the area undertaking a delivery to the Energy plant close by. The staff were pleasent and helpful and the food was lovely. I had the Meduitm Cod & Chips with Msuhy Peas. I think it was fairly priced for the area and cooked... More
We went to the Engineers (lovely, friendly pub)for a pre dinner drink and then to Seahawk for the first time. The service was very good and the food was very well presented and cooked. The only mild complaint I have is that the Haddock was the tail end and consequently had no nice big flakes, but it was still tasty... More
Had a fish and chip lunch in their restaurant area. Food was a good as I have eaten anywhere, fish and chips freshly cooked, crisp and golden. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the the waiting staff were well turned out and attentive. Recommended!
