This was our 3rd visit and stayed in the honeymoon suite as usual as the spa bath is the main attraction, the light above bath flickered constantly and a lot so had to turn it off so sat in dark!!! We never eat in the...restaurant as bring our own but we were told breakfast would consist of a bacon/ sausage roll, yoghurt and a piece of fruit in a bag and that’s exactly what we got in a carrier bag!!! The roll was a basic roll with bacon wrapped in foil but so so greasy and a yoghurt and spoon! There was no reduction in price despite the cop out of a breakfast option! However the restaurant is open for meals so why could they not give you a breakfast menu and sit at a table to eat more than what we got which we could of got from a greasy burger van!!! We unfortunately will not visit again and it’s a real shame but it’s just too run down and needs a good clean and updating!More

While the staff where very friendly and welcoming , and the food I ordered was nice, my colleague found the noodle dish very bland. The bath needed to be washed before I could use it, remnants of previous guest still evident , and the state...of the radiator / towel warmer said a lot. If no one thought it needed fixing / cleaning then that makes me concerned about the general level of hygiene and also management oversight. I am sure they can do better .More

Recently stayed here. Amazing staff who were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned and there wasn't too much rowdiness from other guests and I managed to get an excellent night's sleep- very calming and respectful atmosphere. Food was brilliant too....All in all very positive vibes and would definitely stay here again.More

After driving past the hotel and turning round, we decided to have dinner at brome grange. We were seen to by a male duty manager and a lady, we were shown to our table it was a quiet evening and we sat in the corner...as we could see the whole room. My wife and I ordered the soup for starters and sea bass for mains. The soup was a delicious homemade tomato, the sea bass was served on a bed of vegetables and new potatoes with a chorizo and butter sauce. Both extremely tasty. The staff were very attentive through out our meal. We shall be returning.More

I recently stayed at brome grange hotel in one of the court yard rooms, the room was clean and well presented and spacious. The bathroom was very clean and tidy with bath sheets ( not many hotel I’ve stayed in do you get big bath...sheets ) and spacious too, the walk to and from the court yard room was under cover with gardens to the side, which have been tended too. The tables and chairs on the lawn would be lovely to sit at in the summer morning before breakfast too. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were all very polite and went out of their way to ensure you had a enjoyable stay. Due to leaving early I missed out on breakfast, but I shall be returning again but this time with the family.More

We attended a Christmas party at the hotel, food was well presented, and very tasteful, staff on the bar and waiters/waitresses we very helpful and attentive. We did stay over night in one of the hotel rooms which was well presented ( very clean and...tidy) breakfast was served in the restaurant with a great choice of continental style and cooked breakfast. We opted for the Suffolk grill, which was served pipping hot, again staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. A wonderful stay and breakfast to finish off a fantastic Christmas party. Would highly recommend staying at brome grange.More
