Not thinking, called here on Mothering Sunday. Fortunately a table became vacant when we walked in. A wet day so everyone was squeezed inside out of the rain. Popular with walkers and families, they offer a good choice on the menu for for light lunches,...More

We have recently moved locally and won a voucher for Smallsticks, we had a lovely lunch, great child’s and gluten free options. Good size potions and good quality food, we look forward to visiting again soon.

The worst fish and chips I have ever had. Needed hammer and chisel for the batter. However it seems to be busy in a morning. So maybe the breafast is better.More

Good food but lady behind counter was snappy and didn't use her manners , so was disappointed as was recommended to us and friends so spoilt the visit ☹️

This is a review regarding the sandwiches. For the money you pay (nearly £6!) for a sandwich I would expect nice bread, instead it it’s cheap sliced white or cheap sliced wholemeal - disappointing. Apart from that the cafe is lovely, staff friendly, good selection...More

Very friendly welcome and a lovely setting. Pleasant both inside and outside. Excellent cappuccino and a great choice of homemade cakes. We will definitely go again.
