Amazing service, food - entree, mains & desserts & local wines. All 6 in our group totalled enjoyed our evening.

This place is amazing. Group of 6 of us had entree dinner drinks and dessert. Everything was exceptional. Staff were wonderful. Highly recommend this to everyone.

Love this place! Great selection on the menu and also great for takeaway. Staff always so friendly. Food always yummy. Can you ask for more?

Our first time at Carmel’s and we had fantastic meals. A chicken burger and the Ribs/Wings combo. We were both very happy with our meals and decided to treat ourselves to share a desert. The deep fried ice cream with the Sailor Jerry’s rum choc...sauce desert was nothing short of amazing!! The service was great, everyone friendly and accommodating. We will be back 💜More

We went there for a family dinner. We ordered salmon salad and pizzas. Despite the fact there was hardly anyone in the restaurant, food took a long time to come to the table. Salmon salad was very average (for $31). My wife's pizza was a...mix up, she had to wait another half an hour while our food was served. They did not offer any complimentary drink or dessert, very disappointing!More

Utterly disgraceful experience. My family prebooked a table for my nanas birthday a table of 15 last Sunday. We waited 1.5 hours for our food to be served, which is extremely long even for a table of 15! We had to follow up where our...food was, concerned we were forgotten. Our meal finally arrived and to think things could not get worse... -my brothers onion ring resembled coal (yes were burnt!), upon complaint another batch arrived. These were then completely undercooked, which almost seemed it was done out of spite. -My mums vege burger was inedible, it was very sloppy and salty. She couldn't eat more than 1/3 and felt sick. -One of the pizzas had hair on it!!! That is vulgar - noone returned to our table after the first drink order to see if we required more To sum up the experience it was the worst restraunt any of us have ever attended, including my nan, and she is almost century old! Starting off with the children's menu we ordered the chicken nuggets and chips to be honest I wouldn't have even thought about eating the chicken nuggets they served us they were burnt and looked discussing my four year would not touch them. I ordered the...Scotch fillet and I asked for it to be medium well it came out extremely well done it was so rubbery I couldn't even finish it. my husband ordered the most expensive steak and asked for to be medium and it came out well done after explain to the staff it was not acceptable they did take it back and we waited almost an hour for the second steak to be served after all this our whole family had finished eating so we had to wait for my husband to finish his dinner. when we decided to order another bottle of wine because we were waiting on the over cooked steak we realised they had bought us the wrong bottle of wine we had asked for in the first instance so they brought us the bottle of wine we did previously askvfor and charged us for the amount of the previous wine. When I arrived there were no other patrons in the restaurant and I used the bathroom I then realises there were no toilet paper in any of the female cubicles to me this is absolutely disgusting to be there at 5 p.m. right on service time and not be prepared for patrons is beyond me I cannot even understand why they had no toilet paper in there toilets. unfortunately we have been here a couple of times and haven't had a bad experience but this time would have been the worst experience we have ever had and I will not be returning nor Will I be recommending this place to any of my friends or familyMore
