We frequently take out of state visitors to Mclaren Vale for a winery tour and every time we make sure to stop at Pizzateca to consume the best pizza we have ever come across. Instead of raving about the wineries we will see - we...rave about the pizza we will eat for lunch! Haha The service is always exceptional, quick and considerate. I always order a vegan pizza and they make one without question. I cannot fault them if I tried. Thank you again for such a great time, every time!More

Service was excellent I mistakenly gave the incorrect order on one of our pizzas (wanted no cheese ), they were very obliging and took it back to the kitchen and returned with what I wanted . The staff couldn't have been more gracious. Fab pizzas...too .More

We went as a big group for lunch and were made to feel very welcome by the waitress- all the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. The vegan options were a little underwhelming, a lot of pickled veg so basically everything tasted the same....Would love if the restaurant could look into getting some kind of vegan cheese alternative as the pizza wasn't great and needed an extra topping or something to make it more enjoyable. With that said, you can tell the actual pizza bases are incredible.More

Great pizza, simple menu, lovely atmosphere - and amazing service... We had a couple of pizzas, drinks and sat in the most beautiful surroundings - perfect for all types of diners . The area is amazing - felt like i was on holiday.

We enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon pizza and wine. Whilst it was clearly very busy, we were served quickly and the pizza was yummy. A little on the pricey side, but it was a feed + an experience so overall a positive outcome.

Had dinner with family (including two small children). Service was great, food was great. Nice outdoor (covered) setting. Can view the pizzas being made (which was great for the children to see). Friendly staff. Would happily return.

Busy restaurant, great for families, great ambience and atmosphere. Great for families. Pizzas were slightly undercooked so the base was soggy, however, the other food (lamb skewers, arancini balls) was great....
