Visited Stanthorpe years ago and stumbled upon this amazing pizza place. Had some of the best fried chicken ever and made a mental note to drop by again next time I was in the area. Well, 10 years on and it's still the best fried...chicken experienced in Australia. It's like a quality version of KFC original recipe - juicy, succulent tender chicken spiced perfectly and without the greasiness of KFC. Being called the 'Pizza Place', they also do amazing pizza! Think of old school Pizza Hut with perfect medium thickness bases, mountains of toppings (regardless of which pizza you choose) and cheese that is perfectly melted, stretchy and delicious. Not like the crap that Dominoes serves. Amazing value, quality and top notch friendly service from this lovely family business. It's obvious this business works hard and has nailed their recipes - they don't do things like the Pizza Place anymore. Highly recommended!More
We got takeaway pizza and ribs from here during our Stanthorpe getaway. Both pizza and the ribs were great and we would definitely go again. The antonioni pizza is the best - ham and artichoke. Best pizza in Stanthorpe. Wait can be a bit long so make sure to order ahead.

We ordered Ribs for 1 with plum sauce and a half-half pizza. The ribs were fantastic, and the dish probably should be renamed Ribs for 3! I think I would like a less sweet sauce than the plum sauce. The pizza was disappointing, especially the...half with satay sauce, chicken, cheese and mushroom. The sauce was not to my liking - tasted too "commercial" for me, but I am sure it would appeal to many.More
Delicious, obviously 'hand-made' pizza with the best toppings and crust. We had the tasty Piazza and the Pepperoni. I think this was the best pizza we have ever experienced!
No photo - we ate it too quickly - because this was the best pizza we have ever had!! The crust was thin and actually crispy - not cardboard - crispy and beautiful 😍 The toppings were full and did not overshadow each other -...all the flavours complimented each other. We had half half of chicken supreme and seafood deluxe. We are told that the pizza was an old family recipe. Oh my! Yum! 😋 We ate in with BYO bottle of Giesen sav blanc. Definitely one of the best pizza I’ve had, cooked to perfection and fresh ingredients. We also had some chicken pieces similar to kfc but much more juicier. Highly recommend this place for lunch/dinner we will definitely be returning next time in Stanthorpe.
I'm honestly in love with the chicken they do here, I get it regularly. It's like KFC, better in its own way. Nandos perinaise hot sauce + the chicken is amazing, try it out. The pizzas are quite good and reasonable affordable. Give this place...a shot!More
Perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients, beautiful cheese, friendly and very efficient staff. Best pizza we’ve had for some time. Only found the shop after a wrong turn. Lucky us!
Terrific pizza - the smell was enticing as we walked in the door. The place looks humble but was fully booked which is the mark of a great local place! Loved the pizzas especially the chicken one!
