Beautiful local produce home cooked meals. Local wines. An extensive collection of sauces,jams, chutneys all made by the chef for sale. Great views while eating lunch. Friendly staff. Cant recommend it highly enough. A short drive out of Stanthorpe but worth it.

We visited here with friends for a “Xmas in July”. The meal was all home cooked and a total family affair from the cooking to the serving.
The meal was excellent and we all felt part of the family. Our host even stood in the cold evening air to wave us farewell.
Personally I did not like the wine available but that was my problem.
Efforts were made for local produce use which we endorsed heartily.
Jams, chutneys and relish were also available for purchase.

We had been here before and had a very good meal, and decided to return. The young guy behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. He was getting ready for a bus tour to arrive, which he did and also acknowledged us, showing us to our table. The service from the young guy was excellent . We ordered as the bus load of people turned up, our service did not suffer one bit. Our meals where very fresh tasting and very delicious. We would recommend this cafe to anyone.

Server not welcoming and gets annoyed if not interested in the products on the table when walking in and told to all step around the table, no smiles, directed to your seat, if you go on a wine tour be prepared to pay extra for a glass of wine or any other type of beverage. Do not order the pasta dish, the pasta has been cooked either days before or early that morning.
For the animal lovers do not look out the window, they say they are in care of two horses from Toowoomba, under fed, whole experience absolutely disgusting, give this place a miss

We had been pre-booked and ordered by the bus service we hired for our Foodie tour. The staff were aware of our arrival. When we arrived we were created by Vicki who was very short and rude to our group.
As lunch was being served we noticed Vicki being very rude to other customers wanting to purchase your products.
It came to our attention that Michelle was new eg first day. Vicki was unbelievably rude to her.
The food was amazing and can not be faulted but Vicki needs to be let go. I will not recommend or return after witnessing such appalling customer service.

We stopped in here for lunch as a part of our wine tour. I was really impressed with the vegetarian fettuccine! It was so flavoursome and such a generous portion size that we didn’t need dinner! We also purchased some sauces and jams which are made on site from local produce. Don’t drive by this place, it’s a humble little place with big flavours!

Came across this place via word of mouth. Exceeded expectations. Vegetable fettuccine and fish and chips and salad were next level, the best we've had. We ordered this and desert as takeaway, but alas, no room after lunch, the portions were so big! Desert for dinner it is then. Also bought some chutneys made by the chef from local produce. A beautiful small family run business, and they do that splendidly. Can't wait to come back to dine-in. Thanks Liz, Eugene and family! D and V

We visited the Blue Pot Pantry as part of wine tour where this was our lunch stop over. While the food was nice enough, the reception given by Vicki was something else, she was short with people and this started from the welcome at the front door and continued to the service of drinks and food. She did have an assistant which apparently was her first day but later found out that she usually worked in the kitchen and not front of house. Vicki's attitude is rude and I am guessing that there isn't too many options for people to eat in the region because if there was, people would be giving the Blue Pot Pantry a wide berth. Our meal was tasty, so compliments to the chef.

Great spot. Amazing view can see all the way into town. Hearty home cooked meals that are delicious and in big portions. Lots of local produce for sale and used in the meals. Don’t be put off by the exterior not being flashy this place is well worth visiting for lunch.

Went to Blue Pot on our wine tour and had a wonderful experience! Eugene introduced us to a wide range of high quality, home made relishes and preserves! As a result we bought a bunch as the jam and relishes were delicious. Lunch was also fantastic. My hubby enjoyed gourmet sausages with apple coleslaw and beetroot and onion relish and myself, a hugh Thai chicken salad which was delicious. Lovely views and friendly chats, couldn't recommend it more highly!

We stopped to try some chutneys and jams. They were amazing! They had a wide variety of chutneys, jams, and marmalades, and the best part is that they use local products. We got plenty of stock to take home. They also offered lunch. Great stop for a meal and tasting with a nice view.

From the outside it may not look like much, but inside it has a warm inviting homestead feel.
The food was amazing, the service lovely, and the yummy array of relishes and jams were delicious.
I highly recommend this as a place to stop for lunch.

Having heard about Blue Pot Pantry I was interested to visit. It is somewhat quirky but alas looks quite dishevelled with an unkempt garden ,overgrown,peeling paint,cobwebs which was very off-putting. The coffee order was wrong but didn't need to dally any longer nor to actually eat a meal there.
