Hot tasty pies on a cold winter's day

Fresh, tasty baked goods just the way it should be for a country town. There is nothing better than a trip to the bakery in the Atherton Tablelands

Great food

Love the pies and sausage roll and eclares freshest I've had in a long time. Great staff friendly and know there stuff

Wonderful Food

We had a sneaky cake and coffee at the Malanda Bakery today. We loved that so much, we went back for lunch, and the pies were spectacular too. A hidden gem In a pretty little town.

Great staff. Good food

Had lovely rolls for lunch. Really chatty lady behind counter. Very friendly. Definitely on the recommend.

Great Pies. Excellent country bakery.

Service restricted due to Covid-19 but the short wait was well worth it and we were very happy with the goods we received. Once you were at the service counter they were very efficient and quick. Plenty to choose from which made it hard what...to buy so we stuck to our favorites.More

PIES,CAKES,BREADS STOP

Generous serves of cakes & pies for AVG of $5 each..For under $11 I had a big tomatoe/ mince/ potatoe PIE & lge beesting CAKE..Both filling & delicious..BAKERY is just 10 MTRS off hwy on left & worth the stop.Very Popular-!!

Bee Sting

You can travel the world and not find a better bee sting than the one at Malanda Bakery. Just can't get enough of it. Yum Yum

Best potato topped pies

Pulled in for breakfast. Very hard to decided what to eat due to large variety of pies, sandwiches and sweets. So glad i decided on the potato topped pie yum. Staff were very friendly as well

Great Bakery

Not much to say, However , The best Bee Sting anywhere in Australia and a very generous portion. Along with a good coffee and friendly staff.

Great pies!

The meat pies are like those I remember from my childhood. A walk down memory lane at this little country bakery. A nice place to stop into on the Tablelands.

Carrot cake to write home about

We dropped in to grab some takeaway treats. My son loved his caramel tart and the carrot cake was perfection. Not too sweet, rich with spices, studded with grated carrot and dark and plump sultanas, with a slightly lemony icing. This bakery is up there...with the very best of them. Not to be missed.More

Pies to die for

We can’t go to Malanda without picking up pies, and sometimes pastries and bread, from the Malanda Bakery

100 yr old oven gone, but the pies are still great!

Unfortunately the council regulations meant the amazing old oven had to go, but the pies are still damn good!
