We stumbled upon this Cafe after going through the butterfly sanctuary.
The setting is quaint, the restaurant fit out is so gorgeous and the staff are very friendly.
Wait for it though- those crepes! Oh my goodness. The light, fluffy, fresh texture of them and...our various fillings- the mushroom #8 was amazing and I cannot recommend it enough. #5 was divine too and boring hubby had #3.
I only wish we had tried the sweet ones.I’ll have to come back…More
We are locals and like to make the trip to eat here regularly. It’s always so busy but the ‘Breakfast Special’ crepes are worth the wait. I don’t normally like mushrooms but their garlic butter mushies are delish!
Whilst the cafe may have changed location, the food is just as divine as we remembered it from 3 years ago. The best crepes outside of France. We tried the savoury smoked chicken and the rhubarb/strawberry crepes - whether u like sweet or salty, they...were both amazing.More
The service at Petite Cafe is extraordinary! It is a rare occasion to have a cafe staff member (the sensational Brad) integrate in to our family table vibe, entertain the children and make us adults laugh too! What a genuine, authentic experience! Brad is a...rare human and went above and beyond with our delicious meals too! Highly recommend!More
Not speaking down to your customers when they simply ask a question and don’t make them feel stupid.
We ask for sugar free syrup as we both diabetic and they way he treated us was disgusting! Yes you can buy sugar free syrup at coles...or Woolies !!More
As a gluten intolerant person it’s often hard to find gf restaurants that are fully GF but this is one of them. The crepes here are made with buckwheat flour and are divine. They were so good we travelled to Kuranda to have them twice...in two days while on holiday in Trinity Beach.More
Whilst the savoury crepe we ordered was delicious and well presented, the Granola bowl was a big disappointment. This should’ve been called a yoghurt bowl as the ratio of yoghurt to Granola was way out, there would’ve been around 1/4 of Granola to over 1/2...+ cup of yoghurt. This teamed with tinned pineapple served with the bowl, whilst there was fresh pear and kiwi fruit, I find this completely unacceptable given the location we were in and considering the photo from the menu.More
