The food was great, but unfortunately the customer service we received was terrible. We were asked what we wanted, our food was taken out and left on the bench behing the counter. The lady then yelled out "who is next". We needed to remind her that we were still waiting for our food. She was abrupt and rolled her eyes before letting us pay.

On a recent road trip, we stopped at the Coff & Co Bakery at Kilcoy on two occasions when we were travelling through the area. The first time we visited, we had the matchstick and coconut slice with our coffees. On our return visit, we had the matchstick and a hedgehog slice. All were fresh and delicious. And what a great selection of other treats they had on display. It is located in Kilcoy opposite the park and public toilets, so it is a handy location for a stop-over.

My friend recommended stopping off here on the way through Kilcoy after a camping weekend out at Crows Nest. It’s a fabulous little local bakery that is full of pies of all varieties & fillings. It was busy too which is a good sign & importantly they do coffee! I appreciated the effort the team went to on the excellent Xmas decorations & the bakery is opposite Yowie Park with the lake & Yowie statue which is well worth checking out while you’re in town.

Quickly stopped to grab a bite to eat on a busy Saturday afternoon. Purchased a pie and sausage roll, but was incredibly disappointed to realise that the pie, although cooked on the top, was raw, doughy, and inedible once the patty pan was removed. Maybe stop by on a less busy day!

A nice selection of pies, sandwiches, bread and sweets. Standard fair but the pies were well filled. Walked across and ate in the park overlooking the lake which was a bonus as seating at cafe under old servo awning.

Fantastic arrange of pies and sausages rolls. There’s also salad rolls etc for a healthier option. The coffee is really nice. There’s seating outside, but you can also walk across the road to the park and visit the ducks.

We started coming here years ago when we camp at Somerset. My now teenagers tell me a stay is not complete without a visit to this bakery! Great pies (and peas if that’s your thing- it’s mine). Vego options, rustic tables outside or there is Yowie Park across the road overlooking pond. Worth it

We called in on the way to Kingaroy and enjoyed the bright friendly hospitality the team behind the counter. We had coffee and sandwiches and noted the wide variety of pastries on offer. The location across the road from the park which has parking spaces for caravans was a bonus. Well worth visit

Nice little bakery. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Pies are very tasty, and a very good size and reasonable priced. The cheese and bacon pie was beautiful. The sweets were really nice too - lemon curd tart was delicious. Caramel and macadamia slice very rich, but nice. Carrot cake was pretty good too. Service was quite friendly, even though they were very busy. We will definitely stop again on the way through...

Was driving through Kilcoy on the way back from the coast and wanted an apple pie 🥧. Stopped at the bakery thinking every country town bakery is good. Firstly they didn’t even have apple pies 🤷‍♂️. What sort of bakery doesn’t do a good apple pie. Anyway so then decided to get an early lunch instead. We got a pepper pie and a curry pie and to try and fix my apple pie problem I got an apple slice. The meat pies were not good. The texture was right but the taste was WAY OUT OF BALANCE. the pepper pie was just that, pasty and pepper. I love pepper but it was just too overly peppery. The curry pie was the same. Good texture but too heavy heavy handed with the curry powder. It was so savoury even a full sauce container couldn’t fix it. They needed something to balance the flavour like cut up apple or sultanas or mango chutney in the sauce to take the edge off the super sharp curry. So after battling through the pies it was time for my apple slice. Firstly they coloured the apple and jelly green. WTF! It was horrible this was the first apple slice I have ever not finished. The baker here maybe needs to get the sack or to get them back from holidays to replace the cleaner or fill. Worst bakery I have honestly been to. Ever!
