A regular haunt for my wife and myself. We visit at least 4 times a month, usually for lunch, and occasionally for breakfast as it is a great stop off point for our walks along the Norfolk coast path. The staff are always friendly no matter how busy, and the food is always spot on, and not once have we... More

At first sight this is a lovely shop. They not only have a cafe but also it is a deli and a kind of upmarket general store. It is packed with interesting goodies but it is pricey. We ordered a full English breakfast. I found the quality disappointing as it was quite expensive. The offering was bolstered by a huge... More

The place advertised the best coffee in Norfolk, but it was far from that. The cakes we're good but very pricy. The whole place had a very yuppy feel about it, should've known by the amount of land rovers in the car park. Not very authentic, feels touristy, wouldn't go back.

My wife and I visited for lunch while staying in Norfolk. I ordered the rump burger with mozzarella and French fries. I do enjoy a burger and this didn't disappoint. My wife ordered a chicken, mozzarella, red pepper and spinach panini. Staff were very obliging when she asked to add sun dried tomatoes too. It was delicious and came with... More

This place wasn't here when we were last in Thornham some 9 years ago! A quirky little place with loads of great little things as well as a great looking deli counter!

The Thornham Deli is on the main coast road between Wells next the Sea and Hunstanton on the north Norfolk coast. It is a busy venue but the staff are pleasant and service is quick and efficient with great coffee and cakes.

Was very surprised with the price of the menu, food was excellent, lovely atmosphere & a nice place to walk round to see items for sale you wouldn't see everywhere and able to purchase local produce. Look forward to returning again soon.

After a long walk to find the sea we needed refreshments. We arrived shortly before they closed but were still offered drinks and cakes but not a meal. Served with a smile.

I don't usually review a venue more than once, unless it has been a long time between visits or there has been a major change. This review is the exception, as it has only been a month or so since the last visit. We recently went on a bust bank holiday Monday, and found the Deli up to the challenge.... More

Focussing on locally-grown and sourced artisan produce, Thornham Deli will showcase the very best that Norfolk has to offer in the deli cafe. The kitchen will continue to produce its own home-made jams, chutney's, cakes and savouries. The daily specials board and lunch table will reflect what is available seasonally and locally. We have our own brand of products produced in our kitchen. There is an amazing gift and lifestyle shop which sells all things for the home and clothing from Anna and Gunhill. The restaurant is famous for breakfast and serves lunches and afternoon tea as well as offering a wide range of home made deli goodies. There is an outside eating and relaxing area with toddlers playground and a more grown up playground next door. Ample parking means there will always be space for you.
