Been here several times, the last one being for my Mams wake. The staff are very friendly and warm. The beer cold. They serve carling black label amongst others. Would recommend for food too.

Nice food and reasonably priced. Disabled access is good. It can get busy here but you don't have to wait long. Worth a visit.

Marstons pub. Good parking. Busy at weekends. Drinks are the usual Marstons offering and not particularly expensive but not Wetherspoons cheap. Depending on your luck, food varies from ok to really not very good. Think a slice of steak pie that has been microwaved so long that you can't actually cut through the pastry at the crust (a claw hammer... More

The food here is awful all warm up and if you complain you get verbally abused by the management they don't like the truth and chuck a tantrum at you.

Visit the Catchems fairly often because their lunches are only around £5 and the food is really good for the price. The service at the bar does tend to be a bit hit and miss as it is left unattended quite a lot of the time as the barmaid has to go into the kitchen often for some reason.

We visited on 27th December for the festive menu. We were surprised at how nice the food was for the very reasonable price we paid. Turkey was good and the meal was nice and hot. Staff were polite and helpful. This is a reasonably priced place to eat and staff work really hard to provide a good service. It is... More

Busy Marstons pub/restaurant with a decently cooked menu usually served quite quickly. Not somewhere I would choose for a special occasion but great for a stop off.

We visited this Sunday evening (21st) after a last minute decision we phoned catchems to book a table and they were able to fit us in!! Mega all day breakfast is amazing!! Eggs cooked to perfection. There were 10 people at our table and everybody's meal was lovely. Food was served quickly but did not lack quality. We were very... More

The new menu choice was better than before though and the chicken tikka start was amazing but they didn't give alot of... More
