Fabulous meal at the crystal restaurant food second to none absolutely lovely we will return. Evening meal included in our stay and was just lovely dishes all looked and tasted fabulous, lovely cheese and biscuits.
I had the 55° Cooked Beef Rump, Braised Beef Sauce, Horseradish Mash, Salt Baked Celeriac, Caramelized Shallot and it was excellent.

Fabulous food that explodes in a variety of flavours and textures that delight with every mouthful. Excellent service above and beyond what is required. Lovely ambience and attractive surroundings.
A good but not large menu with a very good wine list.Staff were excellent. Surroundings comfortable. An enjoyable evening.
Menu is not extensive but the dishes are imaginative, well prepared and cooked just right. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.
