These stuffed pan cakes are very tasty, some of the best in the area. Multiple fillings available and they are made to your request on site. Overall very good, just be prepared for a 30 - 45 min. wait if you visit them on the weekends.

Excellent "gorditas" stuffed with rich Mexican dishes. The place is not elegant but clean, you need to write down your order =) Give them a try!

This a mandatory food taste, you can choose between corn or wheat flour, and whatever filling available, from potato or beans to meat in different sauces. Usually like a heavy snack between early breakfast and late lunch.

Best gorditas in Torreon, a real tradition for early lunch. There are several but "asado" is a must.

Great traditional gorditas. Not so healthy but you'll love them. Ask for them to be cooked with out oil.

This is like a taco stand fast food but with "gordita" similar to burritos. This is a Torreon regional fast food. One cost about 1 dollar each and you will need four gorditas to fill you out. This is not like a restaurant but it clean and food OK. You get WHAT you pay. Es como tacos callejeros, pero con... More

In most of their restaurants, the service is very poor starting with the cashier. They dont have an efficient system to process orders so yours could take very long because of that. The main reason to keep going is the excellent taste of gorditas.

service is slow and disorganized, but the food (gorditas flour or corn) filled with a great assortment of stews are great.! Is typical morning food, try to go early as they run out of some of the best stuff quite often
