Walking into Tabarka just takes your breath away. What a beautiful open setting. The menu is fascinating....tapas galore. You’ll want to try them all. We had the seafood Mediterranean Grill...chose three sides and three sauces! In addition we had three tapas to share. The eggplant...More

We stopped here to have lunch. The service was slow. A friend recommended the grilled squid and it arrived cold with a clear burnt taste. I advised the waiter and he promptly offered to serve up another dish. I ordered the sizzling garlic shrimp and...More

Following several very good meals, a dinner this week was very disappointing. We stood at the door for many minutes before someone even acknowledged our arrival. Service was very poor – even resentful – waited 30 minutes for our entrées to arrive. Their recommended dish...More

We enjoyed our evening, but found the menu hard to understand. Little no information about what you were ordering, and even though we went for the large tapa meal we all left slightly hungry.

We ordered the paella special for two with shrimp, monkfish and mussels. The rice was mushy and the dish had only green beans and red peppers for vegetables. They don't have a menu and didn't post prices on the chalkboard, so we had to ask...More

To be honest, we didn’t know it was primarily a seafood restaurant although we should have figured it out looking at the amazing art all around. We were surprised by the limited menu (again, remember that we thought it had a “full” menu). We chose...More

We average a once-a-week visit to this place for tapas. In addition to being a nice place with a great vibe, the food is above average and the service is superior. Besides being a popular place with the locals, I always see large groups of...More

When David is in the kitchen this little restaurant can be quite good, but when he's not there to oversea preparation it's quite ordinary. Good kitchen help is hard to find, but consistency is important in any restaurant - it's not at this one.

Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff and chef. For me the fish was undercooked for Mahi Mahi and the sides were tiny (¼ cup). Bread was awesome. Had to ask for water and the check and it was very slow when we were there. The busboy(?) was...More

Excellent food. But a very nasty attitude of the owner with his personnel. He yelled at them and everybody listened this. It's a shame.

I'm not sure. But the tapas meal (10 or 12 dishes) is all of 180 pesos, and wine 50 or less. Pay with pesos, better for all. Best value in town.
