This place is hoppin. The service is great despite it being packed every night (at least weekends and Sunday). We were seated quickly and had excellent service. The live music was wonderful and lively, plus there's no cover.
That being said the ribs were "Meh," maybe 3 stars. Fresh cole slaw and real thick-cut potato fries were great but the BBQ sauce was bad (and it's a BBQ place, so that's pretty important). The serving size was REALLY big with one plate of ribs as a full rack, it's like 4 pounds of food for $15.
I wouldn't come here just for the food, but they have a nice bar with a wide selection of beers and drinks and great service plus live music. That's a win in my book.
