We have been been traveling for a little under 2 weeks, and Buckshot Betty's was our last place to stay before reaching Fairbanks. This place has it all, the cabin is cozy and cute, the beds were very comfortable. It's a two-second walk to the restaurant / gift shop. The food was absolutely amazing, Buckshot Betty herself wears many hats,... More

Good plate of food in a great small pub. We had steak, mashed tates and veggies. It's a great place to stay in the middle of nowhere. The pub/restaurant has lots of charachter and the service is wonderfull.

I stopped here while Driving back from Alaska on my way to Whitehorse. This is the furthest west settlement in Canada. Buckshot Betty's is a pretty cool gift/souvenir shop. Coffee shop and Resturant type of setting. The host is pretty awesome. It was nice little break for sure. Saw a few moose along side of the road juts around there.... More

good food. In the middle of no where so it was fun seeing the local people, as well as travelers heading through Canada. Well worth stopping.

There are limited options in Beaver Creek. Atmosphere was pleasant and clean place to eat. No A/C but then it would only be used a few days per year. Fresh air through windows was refreshing. Good service good food just remember it is cooked when you order not fast food. Really hearty breakfast.

We ate both supper and breakfast here and were very pleased. When we walked in for supper, the place was empty and I was concerned. Just as our food was arriving, the place filled up - including locals, which is always a good sign. For a spot not too close to anything else, it was most enjoyed.

Though we did not say in the cabins at Buckshot Betty's (they were closed when we arrived in town), we did have a great breakfast. Nice variety on the menu, food cooked as requested and hot. Self serve coffee, juice, water. Only one waitress/hostess who was hustling to keep up with customers. Definitely worth another visit!

We stopped by after reading their ads in The Milepost. A great place to pick up some fun souvenirs of your drive as well as grab some food and drink! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Description
There are few places to stop and eat along this portion of the Alaska Highway. This restaurant started out a few years ago as a small cafe, and last year built their present quarters. We've stopped there to eat a few times, and it would be good to review it.
