There are not enough good things to say about the owners and employees of this pub/wild renfrew. We were there for a Bachelorette Weekend and stopped in for a 'quick bite' and ended up there way past closing! Amazing food and even better people, I highly recommend visiting.

A great place to go when you're in Port Renfrew. Even though there aren't many choices, it's nice to be able to get some solid food in a pub with a great location (right on the water by the Seaside Cottages). They serve breakfast in the winter, as the Coastal Kitchen is closed, and it's solid, no-nonsense food (with some... More

Well my wife and I just spent the weekend at the Renfrew pub to celebrate New Years. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm and attentive, all of them!!! Andre ( Not sure of spelling) The bar manager was friendly and humorous!!! He also did a great job singing a Billy Idol number with the New Years Band... More

One time a group of us were visiting Sombrio in the afternoon, and one member of our party mentioned they had a sudden craving for beef dip. That was all it took for the rest of us to also get a craving for beef dip, so once we finished our Sombrio visit we piled into the car and drove to... More

Great setting, amazing views from the deck in the summer. Perfect spot to ride your motorcycle to, or take the family for dinner and a hike. Stay at the seaside cottages and enjoy dinner here. Food is excellent and well priced. Try one of the local beers or ciders.

We arrived to the Seaside Cottages next door on a night where they weren't doing a full service, but were able to still pick up some delicious beef sandwiches and chowder. The next night, we were able to sit down and choose from a full menu. I went with the fish and chips. It was really good! it could very... More

There's not much open on that part of the Coast in late Fall, so this pub was a pleasant surprise in the middle of a loop drive from Sooke through to Cowichan Lake. Nice, bright, airy and open interior, good brews on tap, and pretty good food. The lone server did a good job keeping up with more customers than... More

After not being waited on at Tomi's right down the road, we read about this place in a flyer we found at Tomi's. The Pub is pretty new and clean and offered a nice variety of sandwiches and other dishes for lunch. The wait staff was also excellent and the bathrooms were clean. We both had the cod tacos and... If staying at Wild Renfrew this is a convenient spot to dine if you do not feel like cooking. Good basic local dishes with a variety of beer on tap. Can get really busy in off-season as they become the only game in this remote area so show up early.

Description
The Renfrew Pub is the homey gathering place for locals and visitors at the heart of Snuggery Cove. Friendly and inviting, it’s the sort of place even first-timers swear they’ve been before. The waterfront pub and restaurant occupies an enviable spot, right next to the dock.

Our craft brews include crisp, cold favourites from right around here: Vancouver Island Brewery High Trail Honey Ale, Lighthouse Race Rocks, Saltspring Island Golden Ale, Phillips Blue Buck, Granville Island Raspberry Ale. And we’re just getting started.

Our food is all about quality with a fresh, homespun focus. Chickens are roasted daily on site; sauces and gravies are built from scratch. The baked goods are handcrafted, fries hand-cut, and herbs pulled fresh. Choose from sumptuous burgers or boat-to-table seafood drawn from nearby waters.

The Pub serves breakfast (weekends), lunch and dinner, along with elevated pub fare — wings for the game and gooey poutine. Snuggle up or wake up with a steaming mug of Discovery Coffee from Victoria’s beloved roastery, and let the day unspool.
