Dishes at the table included Ribs, Liver and Onions and hot roast beef plate. The liver and onions was probably best of the three and cooked perfectly. The ribs we moist and the taste was good but certainly not a smokehouse. The hot roast beef was plentiful. Our waitress was very attentive and our glasses were always full.

I use to go to fryin pan a lot usually to Moorhead but today my hubby and I stopped at Fargo. My gosh wasn't even busy we waited 15 mins for coffee. Got no silverware! When manager brought our food I asked for our coffee we never got! He said sure and that he would take of our bill! When... More

Although they get new dishes, this place has a lot of greasy food. Every time I attend, it is filled with younger families or older couples.

First visit to Fargo and a bit in a rush to get breakfast before our morning flight. No problem. Only 5 blocks from anyplace downtown, this place hit the spot. You can tell it is a favorite since people keep coming back. Hardest decision: sweet roll or Caramel roll. I think our waitress was leaning toward the caramel but we... More

While it wasn't a fancy place for the family to gather after a funeral, it worked out perfect! Four friends handled the cost of the dinner for 20. We called just a few days ahead of the funeral. They gave us a special room. We ordered off of the menu. The restaurant was full, however, they had plenty of wait... More

Went in late afternoon. Large restaurant in strip mall on 4th and Main. Service was excellent. Staff extremely friendly. When asked what people usually order she suggested the salad bar and sandwhich as the best deal for under $9.00 since it was all you can eat at the salad bar which offered a good variety. I had the goulash soup... More

This is a local favorite. It is not hipster or 5 star cuisine rather the Fryn Pan is where you go out with your grandma. its where you hang with friends after the bar as it is open 24 hours. It has wifi, coffee and great pie. The sour cream and raisin pie is really excellent and they have very... More

I Love the Fry'n Pan, we have been coming here as a family for years. It is popular with senior citizens, but I also remember coming here late nights with college friends. The salad bar has many delicious choices with salads, fruits, veggies, soups, etc, and of course the most delicious croutons I've ever had! Many delicious food choices from... More

Sorry, this place has its followers, but I'm definitely not one of them. The atmosphere is scary with vagrants lingering outside. At night you feel like you entered the twilight zone here. Weird people, weird place, seriously weird vibes.. The food is incredibly greasy and the place smells. The waitresses don't like you leaving your table...that should tell you something.... More
