This place has a great menu that changes daily. crackedpepperfargo.com shows whats on the menu. Great desserts are included with your meal and always an amazing casserole of some sort is the main dish. Comfort food to the max!

I had been there once before with a visually handicapped person and left because it was so dark inside. I went again recently with someone else and had mixed feelings about the place. I had looked at the daily menu online so knew what I wanted, but the person with me had to stand at the counter and read the... More

We visited the Cracked Pepper during "Oscar Movie Week" in Fargo. We highly recommend the "Split-Pea & Bacon Soup", the "Chicken Wild Rice Soup". Other delicious items were the "Today's Special" Hot Roast Beef sandwich, with pumpkin cake/ cream cheese frosting, The Ginger cookie was EXCELLENT! (Free dessert with lunch.) We will return! Oh and excellent service by the way!

Had the special sandwich of the day, roast beef panini, and a blondie. Both were excellent. Husband had the CBR wrap and reported that it was equally delicious. Friendly staff, casual atmosphere.

We stopped in Fargo and found this gem. Very good food! We had breakfast. Cupcakes were great! Pumpkin bread was my favorite. Home scratched bake goods.

If you are looking for a good home-cooked meal while out and about in Fargo I highly recommend stopping here! Great selection - always delicious - and a very neat atmosphere. I have only been here over the lunch hour during the week and every time has been a wonderful experience!

They usually offer to main specials. I think one to appeal to the men and the other for the women. I know that sounds sexist but...my better half enjoys things like hot meat dishes and I enjoy the big salads. He and I both enjoyed our lunch yesterday.

Recently visited with coworkers for lunch. Had the special of the day, scalloped Potatoes and ham, with corn and a dinner roll. Tasted wonderful, very much home cooked and not from a box or thawed out. And they gave us a banana bar for desert which was also excellent. Quite crowded as its not a big place but all worth... The wife and I go to the Crack Pepper once a month. It is an excellent small café in a strip Mall. The meals are all home type cook meals, sandwiches, wraps and also a daily special. It has a cozy atmosphere and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bread pudding is outstanding along with the other desserts. They... More

This is not a chain eatery. It is unique in its atmosphere and menu options. We have eaten there several times, and were not disappointed in the atmosphere, service, or food. It is a bit more expensive than a chain, and - I have to admit - we only go when we have a BOGO or other coupon. Still -... More
