Very good service considering the number of people waiting for a table. Lots and lots of people coming over for the flotilla viewing. Food was hot and fresh.

We dined at this restaurant for dinner based on a recommendation from the hotel we were staying at. Our family of four loved the burgers, fries, & soup. The atmosphere was very inviting. The service and the prices were great.

Our first visit here and it was a memorable one for sure. Our server was so congenial and the food was really delicious too. We will definitely return. Great atmosphere also.

Dined here recently while in the area. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Upon entering we were greeted and seated quickly by a very nice young lady. She was very pleasant and courteous and made a few suggestions regarding the different dishes. Our orders arrived promptly and were quite good. I can't... More

Had a great server, New Castle PA girl, great personality. Food was excellent, price was very reasonable, bartender made sure I selected the beer of my choice. Look forward to a return trip.

I work for Marriott international and do quite a bit of traveling. However, Banks Channel took the icing on the cake with the level of service and quality food that is so so hard to find these days. Our Server Parker went above and beyond and so did the other three staff members who asked if we needed anything. Two... More

My sister organized a night-before get-together for my daughter's wedding and couldn't have picked a better place then Banks Channel! Everyone in our group had flown or driven in that day and were they hungry. It was nice to have everything ready and no decisions to make when we arrived. The appetizers: wings, meatballs, pasta salad, wraps and probably more... More

Stumbled across this restaurant because we just wanted to eat. Menu is mainly pub fair. Nothing to write home about. Staff was not overly helpful or friendly. Sufficient to ease our hunger. Wouldn't make a special trip there.

We went to this restaurant with my elderly mother who needed assistance walking. They sat us near the door so she didn't have to walk very far. It wasn't a crowded restaurant, which made our table choice easy...but to be fair, this is off-season for the area and that is probably why it wasn't busy. They served typical pub food... More
