Very simple limited menu and small country place but if you want one of the best steaks you've ever had this is the place.

They bring the steaks to the table and you have them cut to the size you want. Excellent Steaks, great salad Bar. Coming and plan on waiting unless you get there early. They only serve super.

Last time we met friends there, our bill was over $100 for two people. They charged us double drinks when we didn't order them. Its a small place and the wait can be long at times. Way over priced for what your getting, and can get just as good a steak at Texas Road house. Don't waist your time or... More

This is always a stop i make when in NC. This place is the best kept secret in Wilson. If you don't like steak then don't go. Steak is all that is served. You pick the size steak you want and go from there. Great salad bar, always fresh and always stocked. Steak, baked potato, salad and an onion if desired. Never... More

The Beefmastor Inn is a Wilson classic. They offer one entrée: steak. They offer one kind of steak: ribeye. Simple. The chef will actually bring the ribeye loin out to the table and cut it to your specification (minimum 8oz). The trimmings include an excellent salad bar (EXTREMELY fresh and tasty!), a baked potato, and a buttered onion. Drinks include... More

This steakhouse is small in size but big on quality. The salad bar was well maintained and offered a nice fresh selection. The ribeye steak was tender and cooked to perfection. Texas toast, baked potato and steamed onion complimented the meal properly. Service was great.

Go there for the steak! The cook will bring out a slab of meat and ask how much you want. I went for 10 oz... this was simply one of the best steaks I've ever had. The meat was seasoned perfectly, not too much, which really allowed the quality of the cut to sing. The meal comes with a baked... More

Unique resturant in as you have one item on the menue and that is a great steak. The Chef brings over the piece of meat and you show him how big a cut you desire...they only seat about thirty people, but worth any wait..
