Our first visit was an early lunch. Husband chose the farmer's omelet-well filled but the has browns just weren't home fries. My flounder was delectable. The variety of sides amazes. Their okra is possibly the best I've ever had. Miss Shay, our server, kindly explained that "young cabbage" is just boiled cabbage, so I passed. I told Ms Shay that... More

The staff are very bright and attentive. Considerate and professional. Seems like they really enjoy being there and wanting you to get exactly what you want. The eggs, grits, and toast are consistently perfect. It's one of my favorite places to go for perfectly cooked eggs and grits in town. My friend decided to get a hamburger and after we... More

It has been at least twenty years since we last eat here. Nothing much has really changed. It is the same down home southern fare. Everything was good: pancakes, grits, potatoes, and omelets. Now, the biscuits were fantastic. The staff is also helpful and friendly (southern style). We should have returned before now.

This place is absolutely amazing from the staff to the food . Very professional , attentive staff . The food was all homemade real hash browns, waffles and eggs were all awesome. We will go back to try lunch the soups looked great. It's so nice to find a diner where everything is made there.

Seems that this restaurant is always full but they always manage to get you in quickly and before you know it, your food is in front of you. The service is always excellent and the food (breakfast or lunch) is always just as you ordered it.

This locally owned Greasy spoon is a lovely place to eat. Great price, average food, above average service, welcoming atmosphere. Also, delicious biscuits. Popular with sunday morning church crowds and late night party-ers

My wife and I had breakfast on Thursday, January 4 2016. Possibly the best coffee I have ever had! I had probably 5-6 refills. We both had omelettes and home fries. The food and the service were all good enough for us to visit again. There's a reason this restaurant has been in business for 40+ years. Try it out... More

Jimbo's has strange hours; open at 10:00 pm and open through lunch time but you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to eat breakfast food at 2:00 am. Good food cheap... doesn't get much better than that. Leave the kids at home in the middle of the night though; the party crowd can get a little loud but... More

We had breakfast here and it was very good. The prices are reasonable and the portions are just right. The service was also very good. They have quite an extensive menu so you will have no problem finding something you'd like.
