Choose Caprice Bistro for special birthday dinner and were very pleased with food, surroundings and wait staff. Had Water Zooi which was a delicious combination of seafood cooked to perfection in a flavorful rich but not heavy broth with many intricate layers.

dining downstairs is quaint, but the upstairs is always nice and quiet. the atmosphere of each is 5 star. its always hard to get to the menu because the specials are excellent. the seafood is especially top notch.

When we have a special occasion to celebrate or good friends or our adult kids in town, this is our go-to restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy. Service is friendly, professional and very attentive. Food is fabulous.
