A stop at Ralph's BBQ (Exit 173, Rt 95 South) is not only an adventure but also a cultural experience. The flowering fruit trees in front and the 73 degrees temps were welcome relief from the blizzard in NH this week...but the pulled pork sandwich was absolutely wonderful! Our servers's name was Anna ... and a more charming and attentive... More

This place isn't fancy but the food is yummy..real North Carolina barbecue. When traveling on Rte 95, we always try to plan our departure so we get to Ralph's in time for lunch. The wait staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, the service is efficient, and the barbecue is seriously good. Make sure you arrive hungry.

Great BBQ place, well-established. Carolina style BBQ with very good buffet (also menu and take out) that features hot veggies, awesome Brunswick Stew, mouth-watering BBQ and cole slaw, salad section, good Fried chicken, and even seafood on weekend buffets. Best banana pudding around. Ample parking, including a large adjacent lot dedicated to trucks and RVs (we frequently travel while pulling... More

Stopped just before closing time this past Thursday evening. Well received by a friendly staff who stopped the cleaning process to take care of me promptly. Although the buffet was available, due to the late hour and my desire to get back on the highway, I ordered the pulled BBQ sandwich with the "white" slaw and the Coke. The "Q"... More

Buffet has everything you could want to eat. southern style. And as a home grown Southerner, I know Southern cooking! Fried chicken, BBQ (North Carolina and sweet sauce), Banana puddin', sweet tea, mashed potatoes, the list goes on!! oh yeah, they have menu ordering too -- I went with the $9.95 buffet, have no idea what's on the menu.

I don't know who that is, but he must be overweight. The food is very good at Ralph's Barbecue, but it's not somewhere you go to sport a petite figure. We had barbecued pork, chicken, slaw, yams, green beans, and of course my wife had to have the banana pudding as she has definitely turned off her New Year's diet.... More

Was driving from Connecticut to Florida and wanted BBQ for lunch while driving. Plugged in "good restaurants off I-95" and I got Ralph's. Couldn't have been happier. I chose to try the lunch bar. Lots to choose from. I tried fried chicken, two kinds of pulled port, mac n' cheese, and a lot of other stuff. I recommend the pulled... More

I moved out of State many years ago, but I always try to stop at Ralph's whenever I'm in the area. Amazing vinegar-based BBQ.

Traveling south with my family, we felt that the vacation began when we stopped here for lunch our first day on the road. Wonderful buffet of all kinds of high-fat, delicious southern food. We loved the pulled pork barbecue, fried chicken, and the excellent desserts. Also really appreciated the friendly and efficient service. Definitely a good stop.

If you like school cafeteria food then this is he place to go. I hate to leave bad reviews and usually will go back a 2nd time before I review but you couldn't pt me to go back and the waitress was EXTREMELY rude.
