New family ownership and management resturant

The resturant is under new management and has a new improved menu. The spring rolls are hot and crispy with lots of ingredients in it. The hotplate sizzling squid is tastey and inviting. The lemon chicken is spot on with the lemon sauce and the meat is moist. The Mongolian beef is tender and has a nice texture. The seafood chow mien is made with crispy noodle. The fried rice is grainy and not oily.

Great Chinese

The new owner was very welcoming. Lovely friendly staff served us. We ordered Satay lamb and Ginger chicken. The food was clean tasting and delicious.

Takeaway - good size but........

Had takeaway and it was very average. Satay beef - thick tasteless steak with veey little satay taste, tasteless watery green veg, sticky clumps of special fried rice and scallops with veg again not tasty. Servings were vwey large though and quick service but......expensive and frankly unappetizing. Would not bother again.

Disappointing

Food was disappointing. Never had garlic prawns that were sweet before. Threw half away as they were too sickly. Usually get three meals out of it but just too sickly Friday rice full of chunks of meat!

👎 🤮 sorry… but waste of $$

Unfortunately it was pretty groce. Close to one of the worst we’ve ever had. Lady was absolutely gorgeous on counter. Big servings but we threw most of it out second day as it was still groce. Lemon crispy chicken was pretty good but the sauce was groce! Like an essential oil was added or something unappealing. The Mongolian beef was unlike any MB we’ve ever ordered anywhere else before. No veggies. And was battered and tasted like a sweet and sour dish. This however was the nicest dish! The king prawn omelette was groce! And this is our usual go to dish! Tasted so bland and boring. Prawns on own nice. Fried rice ok. Bland. And the combination Kwey Teau was unlike any KT we’ve ever ordered either. A bland tasting mix of seafood and chicken and large noodles but tasteless! All in all disappointing dinner to the end of our 6 month trip. Prawn crackers were nice, they come free. Don’t get told so order some, and end up with 2 bags! 1 huge 🤣 hate wasting food but we tried eating it for lunch next day and couldn’t stomach much.

We followed the recommendations from the locals and really enjoyed the food and service. Very friendly staff and on time even during the busy hours. We really enjoyed our selection of chicken, lamb and combinations dishes. Highly recommended 😊

Great new owners-! Splendid experience

Our lunch was so enjoyable! The new owners have certainly put their mark on this restaurant with the amazing food and the excellent service we received. We enjoyed the spring rolls, fried rice , prawn chow mein and lemon chicken - all delicious. Looking forward to dining here again :)

Just experienced a culinary journey at the new Chinese restaurant in town Emperor’s Garden– a symphony of flavors that left my taste buds doing a happy dance! The dishes were deliciously cooked to perfection, and I couldn’t get enough. Cheers to new beginnings and the delightful experience! Highly recommend for anyone craving an authentic and mouthwatering Chinese feast!

New Management great food

We were hearing good things about the Emperer and gave it a try. The staff are lovely and efficient. We had the combo fried rice, crispy chicken and beef and black bean. All were big and delicious. Ended taking half home. It’s byo so take your own booze. Prices are good. Overall highly recommend

Stick to the spring rolls

Attended Dinner on my 62 Birthday,booked into Clear Water Apartments,looked across Round about saw Emporers Kitchen thought I like Chinese Perfect place for my Wife and I to Attend,what a Mistake,$73 brought us Combination chow mein,SML Special fried Rice and it was small,Sweet n Sour Pork.We my Wife and I had about four Mouthfuls asked for Containers and went home.Next night we are at Our own home in Norseman I'm saying to my Wife what are we having for dinner,Wife said last night Dinner from Emporers kitchen is Dog food,I'm saying hey we Spent $73 surely something is Salvage able,no no Wife was right even the Next night Reheated food was Awful.Down to Our local Norseman Hotel for a Pizza.
