The restaurant is conveniently located with parking available at the rear and side. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and being a warm evening it was pleasant outside under some cover. The meals came quite quickly and were of average but acceptable quality. It is quite inconvienient with a largish group to discover that they will not split the bill. Purely for this reason I would hesitate to return with a group. Other places can quickly accept payment from couples or a family when they present at the cashier when leaving.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Yarra Valley.
Very friendly young lady sat us down right away and provided the menus. We chosen a seafood pizza which was generous size, enough to share between the two of us but if you’re very hungry you better order one each. Pizza was delicious and smelled absolutely wonderful. Beautiful location just outside Eltham village, highly recommended.
Will definitely dine here again.

A quick lunch with some hungry kids and the pizzas at Franco and Co did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the sincerity of the service was above expectations. We were asked for genuine feedback at the start and end of our meal and only had positive comments to share. We will be back very soon!

The staff was extremely rude. We go there very often as the food are very good and tonight we decided to go there as a group. We booked for a table for 8 but at the last minutes we won’t able to go anymore due to the tight time frame we are allocated for the sitting. I called up to cancel the reservation instead of holding the table up, they can give it to other people that are walk-in customer. The staff on the phone was very rude and hang up on my phone call after having a go at me for the cancellation. The behaviour is uncalled for and the attitude from the staff was just appalling. I used to like the place but now, I don’t think I want to spend my hard earn money on business that think they are too good and arrogant.

This place is very popular but we rated it only fair.
The wine list is weak and overpriced.
The small plates were tasty but the main course pasta was run of the mill.
The service was good and it is in a very nice place particularly on a warm evening.

We were celebrating getting out post-COVID when we came here. We had cheesy foccacia as a starter and chicken parma and gnocci for mains. The parma was good but only had greens for decoration (no salad) and the gnocci sauce was very sweet. Apart from that coffees were good and the service was great!

No atmosphere, lots of staff loitering around and their phones behind the bar. Little interest in the customer, menu disappointing pizza or frozen deep fried food, not fresh.

A must try when in the area. Away from the maddening crowd of Eltham Village, this place is on the Main Road with good parking at the rear. The burger and fries were an excellent size and very tasty. The pizza which I shared with my daughter was great. My daughter's bruschetta was so lovely with just the right amount of dressing.
We came on a day when there was no power. Which meant many items couldn't be cooked. Not even a latte could be made. However, the staff were excellent. They 'pulled a rabbit out of a hat' and made the most wonderful meals.
The 'live' music outside certainly added to the atmosphere.
Wheelchair access. Kid friendly. Dietaries catered for. Service was fast and efficient, with staff being very helpful.

What a find!
We booked Franco & Co for a midweek mum catch up and we were not disappointed!
We ordered a pizza each and one of each salad to share.
- Capri Choo Choo
- The Really Really Funghi
- Miss Green
- Rocket & Parmesan Salad
- Heirloom Tomato Salad
- Churros
Everything was a generous serve, looked great and tasted amazing. The churros were presented so well with ice cream and fairy floss!
Coffee was great also! Great customer service - always checking in and clearing the table in a timely manner.
Will definitely go back with the family.

Have eaten at this venue previously and the decor and pizza were both quite poor.
One night our normal pizza option was closed so we gave them another try.
New owners with a new spin on some old favourites.
Children’s pizza is a good size and the ‘chicken and chokes’ is a great pizza.
Good enough that we haven’t tried anything else after five return visits.
A good place which feels more inner city than Eltham.
