Very spacious, not seated on top of each other and can easily converse. Food lovely...we had the butternut rosti which was light and fresh with a side of kransky which added an additional kick..service quick and polite. Great coffee

Pleasant space and menu looks OK, but staff pretentious and unhelpful. Grabbed the kids plates without them finished and without asking. The lamb salad:the lamb was done very well, succulent, but where was the salad ?!? Just a shrivelled garnish of over cooked carrots (not grilled) The step at the front is unsafe and could easily be turned into a... More

Ordered coffee, menus looked great, what I wanted to order came with poached eggs, asked if I could have scrambled instead and was told they don't swap out the eggs. Just had coffee and left. There are about 35 coffee shops in the area and the few that I frequent never have an issue at changing poached to scrambled!!! Guess... More

Although the food was good, we were a bit disappointed that they didn't serve bacon. We have had breakfast here before and although not on the menu, we were still able to have bacon. For a LCHF person it was a little disappointing. Each to their own I guess.

I can't believe that I just paid $17 for 2 and a half small chicken tenderloins and a plate of rocket. There was a small scattering of mandarin and pumpkin, but still not enough to justify that price. And I had to wait for them to redo my dish as they had spread pistachios all over when I had specifically... More

I caught up with a friend here last Saturday looking forward to a nice brekkie. As I don't eat eggs I asked if I could have bacon with the sweet potato rosti's instead. The waitress advised that they now don't have bacon on their new menu. Okay, so I was somewhat disappointed, but understand that's their decision. The waitress pointed... More

Used to be regulars at this cafe in Williamstown, Melbourne (not Barossa Valley as written up above) and were disappointed when the menu changed, leaving hardly any gluten free options. Not all coeliacs want to eat sweets. Anyway, went back today after a long break and we were not surprised to be disappointed further. This cafe used to be good.... More

Not sure if it was deliberate or a menu oversight, but breakfast menu was 100Pct vego. Add meat/salmon for $4.5? makes it extremely expensive. Food coffee and service all pretty good however.

We have been to Crowded House several times over the years and always found it consistantly good. Last weekend however we went for breakfast and changes had been made. The Smashed Avacardo was not as good. The feta was just a lump on the side and the avacardo was just plain. When we asked if we could have a side... More
