Stopped in a couple of times for coffee and cake and ended our trip there for breakfast, would def recommend the scrambled egg and bacon , and the coffee was hot :)
A group of 4 friends ate lunch there and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Meals were large, but we managed to clean the plates! I had the special omelet & it was tasty & well cooked. Staff were friendly & efficient & the decor is very...pleasant.More
This was once an excellent eatery. We had one of the worst meals in a long time last weekend November 12. My partner ordered an egg and bacon muffin with hash browns. It came in a commercial tasteless bun. Inside was the egg, one slice...of bacon and a commercial hash brown. It was a carbon copy of MacDonald's' but cost just under $20. Missing the sauce! It was not worth the money nor the time. I did complain but was told basically so what will let the chef know.
We are locals and will not recommend nor take anyone there again. Sad as it was once a wonderful place to eat. It had live music now it has large centre counter covered with commercial expensive condiments not worth the expensive prices.
GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS.More
Friendly service staff. The food was perfect. The poached eggs couldn’t have been any better they were that good! Both meals better than expected. Highly recommend.
Went there for late breakfast good choice on menus we just had a light breakie raised toast and ham cheese croissant menus good for lunch as well very clean friendly staff good service asked for a string coffee and it was delivered very clean bathroom
Went for breakfast today. The waitress said there were no tables inside, but I could sit outside (in the cold).
No offer of waiting for a table.
I left and saw her say under her breath 'good.
I walked by not 2 minutes later and...saw a couple leave.
Perhaps non- solo travellers fare better
Its obviously popular so the food must be ok.More
Called in this morning for coffee and cake. The coffee wasn’t bad but the cake, apple, raspberry and oat slice, was delicious. Not as busy as on a previous visit.
