The steak was perfect, the scallops magnificent, the chicken Supreme, to die for and the kids' menu more than adequate! We had a wonderful long lunch!

Six of us went there for lunch. Started with a charcuterie board which had a couple of bits of meat (2 slices of Salami) and some cheese - hardly enough for 6 people. We then waited for an hour before our mains arrived. I had a chicken "Supreme" which was the driest piece of chicken I have ever tried. I... More

We quickly ducked in here tonight because we couldn't find any other 'real food' restaurants open. Hoping to get in and out in an under an hour was a mistake, but golly, the taste of the food made the wait worthwhile. Give the garlic bread a miss, it is very uninspiring and will just use up valuable stomach space for... More

This little restaurant sits in the grounds of the winery, alongside thee guest cottages and the cellar door. We ordered the Mixed Grill Platter for two and asked if we should order an entree. The answer was no, that was good advice. This is huge, really huge and fantastic quality cooked perfectly. If you get through this you are not... More

We had a couple of burgers because the restaurant is closed till early Jan 17. My wife had the generously sized beef burger which was ok but it was rare in the middle which some people might not tolerate. My chicken burger only had a sprinkling of chicken so I assume they had run out otherwise it was a skimpy... More

The chef and his staff are amazing and i strongly suggest you get there weather it be for the yummiest steak you will have ever tried or the other wonder dishes he has on offer. The place is so pretty too so you will have an amazing time.

Beautiful food, enjoyed in a lovely environment. This small restaurant provided a lovely atmosphere, complimented by friendly staff. Quality food at a good price. Friends from Europe were very happy with the whole settings, including the lovely garden.

Went for lunch and had the cheese and charcuterie platter which proved to be very good. Four cheeses and three meats with bread and crackers and various olives, salad and a wonderful cumquot marmalade. Did a wine tasting at the winery and then you can get wine by the glass at the restaurant.

Our first visit here yesterday. We used a Scoopon Voucher that entitled us to a 2 course meal and a glass of wine. We chose 2 different main meals - Atlantic Salmon and the Pork Belly. Both were presented well and tasted lovely. Only 2 minor criticisms - the Pork Belly didn't have a crunchy top. It was only a... More
