This Hotel is very appealing especially to young people and in summer the windows open out into the street.

Not sure if they were ready for a busy day when we visited so service was delayed somewhat from lining up to order to actually getting our meals and not all at the same time. 3 of us had the duck which we all agreed...could not have been better. Perfectly cooked with a tasty array of roasted vegetables. Others weren't so impressed with over cooked steak and disappointing battered fish. However, no-one thought it was worth complaining about and all meals eaten. Nice pub and set out well with a mixture of inside and outside eating. Pizza and coffee shop adjoining in the walk way. We all agreed that meals and bottled wine was a little pricey but over all we had a nice time.More

Plenty of comfortable dining areas inside and out in this modern pub in the middle of Gawler plus undercover parking too. There for lunch, our group of eight had mixed feelings about the food and service. A couple of us were very pleased with our...crispy skin duck breast which you rarely see on a pub menu. Another's Caesar Salad was great but the fish, schnitzel and burger eaters rated theirs around average. Only one in our group had a dessert, lemon curd tart. She enjoyed it but had to wait half an hour before it was served.More

As locals we come here often and are never disappointed, be it a girls catch up, family meal, date night etc. for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It has great seating options both inside and out and caters for various size groups. The menu changes seasonally...and we enjoy trying out the new offerings. They also have great nightly deals and if you become a member you can access even more deals. Staff are very helpful, and parking off street behind the facility makes access for all very easy. Kid friendly with a good range of kids meals that includes a drink and a cookie, plus they have colouring in sheets and pencils to keep them occupied. Well worth a visit if you’re in Gawler. Easy to find on the Main Street.More

A group of 6 matural tourists enjoyed dinner on a Wednesday night in May. The dining room was booked out by the local footy teams so we put a couple of tables together in the bar and settled in. The menu was extensive, so more...than catered for the needs of those wanting a steak or a light meal, with lots of interesting meal deals. Good selection on beers and wines. Our dinners were well cooked and presented on the plate. All tasted fresh, cooked as requested and good size portions. The locals were very friendly and happy to chat.More

Came for lunch as a group of 4. We all enjoyed our meals (chicken schnitzel, fish and chips, Barossa meat pizza). The pizza was too large to finish so we were given a takeaway container. Prices are reasonable, and staff friendly - meals arrive quite...quickly after orderingMore

Our entire table of guests loved the meals they were presented with. Between us we tasted many portions of the menu, all were an absolute delight. The noise of the restaurant was considerable, a great party atmosphere, maybe too many people for the size of...the room.More
