Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We called in last weekend on a cold, wet day. I asked what was in the Ned Kelly pie. The person had no idea, and had to ask someone else. Fair enough. Obviously a new employee. Ordered two medium coffees. The pies were lukewarm at...best. When the regular coffees arrived, we were told we'd only been charged for regular. How could we tell? There were no prices on the board for anything. The only positive were the beef pies we bought (marked $2.50) which we used for pie floaters.More

Had coffee here on a Saturday morning. Ordered coffee and cake, told the person behind the counter we were dining in. Totally ignored. Given the cake in a paper bag until I again mentioned we were dining in. Cake slapped onto a plate and when...the coffee came it was ina take away container. Very disappointed as it is local for us.More

We’ve been to this popular country bakery before. From their impressive display, we bought some tasty sausage rolls to take home after we’d sat and enjoyed coffees in their outside area. This was new to us, big and comfortable with some artwork and plenty of...shelter.More

The things that shine at this bakery are the custard tarts ... that's all I can vouch for from experience so far.

They had apple turnovers, my favourite, how could I resist, well now that I have had one I could easily resist. The first crime was they had that fake cream, apple turnovers are meant to have real cream. 2nd the flakey pastry was not flakey....3rd and the biggest crime was, wheres the apple,' they are called Apple turnover, meaning they have apple, not what must have being a couple of tiny bits of apple and a gallon of that fake cream. Bad, bad, badMore

Popped in on the Monday of the Adelaide Cup, they had clearly been very busy but we were met with smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Huge chicken salad sandwiches, the biggest blueberry muffin and perfect cappuccinos. Thank you.

A pleasant cafe with a good choice of savoury & sweet baked products, as well as coffee & tea etc . Good to see a newly- developed & attractive outdoor eating area! However we were disappointed to find they have no toilets on-site. They are...a 10 min walk away.More

A great local bakery with history!! Have a read while you wait for your goodies. The bakery had a real homemade country feel to it and everything was tasty!

Called here for lunch. Wonderful choice of high quality pies, cakes and pastries. The coffee was really good too. The sitting area inside is tastefully decorated and spotless. Sadly due to the weather we couldn't use the beautiful outdoor seating area.

Hard not to stop when travelling through. Best pasties, pies and other bakery items. No favourites, all great. Only downside being at times run out of some items early in afternoon and lack of parking spaces because so popular.
