Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The male barista needs a bit more practice with the coffees. Was only luke warm - not nice.
Fortunately the food was nice. We had the club sandwich and chicken ceasar salad and both enjoyed our meals. Only thing I would change about the salad is to use cos lettuce for that nice crispy crunch not the purpley coloured mixed salad.

We popped in here on the offchance as we needed lunch passing through Angaston. It was 1.30pm but still busy (within CV19 limits, about 15 people). 2 soups on offer for a cold day: I passed on the Thai Pumpkin but had the Tomato/Veg/Basil soup - tasty, good veg, & filled me up with a nice ham/cheese toasty on the side. My hubby had a beef/veg burrito and chips, he thought the beef could have had slightly more flavour, but these were the BEST CHIPS either of us has had in a long time, hot, crispy & tasty!! So full or we would have tried the coffees. Would def pop by again for quick lunch or coffee if visiting from Adelaide again.

Just called in for take-away coffee and cake and wished I had more time as the meals served at the inside tables smelt wonderful.
When we got our coffees the friendly young lady had written comments - a truly lovelly touch...Oh and the "Gluten-free" cake was so fresh.
Were coming back for a meal; maybe breakfast after another walk along the Linear Trail.

Friendly staff; Gluten Free slice and nice coffee with a wonderful touch on Anzac Day - an Anzac Biscuit free with every coffee...takeaway obviously at this time. A nice way to break up our walk from Nuriootpa to Angaston along the Barossa Trail.

Stopped past for a Saturday breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Service and food were great. Even bought a beautiful peace of garden art. Enjoyed our eggs breakfast and the dining area has a good vibe.

Enjoyed coffee and brunch in this friendly cafe. Thought there wouldn't be much open on Sunday but while the main street was quiet this cafe was buzzing. Quality organic coffee and a good variety of food with a couple of vegan and gluten free options.

Great food, great coffee, cool vibe and friendly service. Also can buy some cute ornaments for the garden and a few gifts. Definitely worth a visit.

We went for a couple of coffees this morning: skim cap and soy latte. Quite disappointing especially the latte. I think a coffee from a donut king or McDonald’s would have been better.

Soul with Zest is my favourite coffee place in Angaston. Staff are always friendly, the place has a great vibe and the coffee is wonderful. I make sure I get my caffeine fix here as often as I can.

Arrived for brunch at 12.02 with a voucher and was told it expired at noon, the place was empty. Very disappointed that our expected pleasant day was cut short by a technicality.

Lovely inside area, with artistic walls and furniture of recycled old wooden pallets, this is a charming place to enter to start the day.
But, I'd walk into a backyard dog house if it meant good coffee. So its nice that they've been able to couple the stylised cafe vibe and the caffeine.
Ordering a long black provides insight into the soul of the cup, you can't mask cheap beans, imperfect grinding and irregular machinery with light-frothy milk and sprinkled chocolate. Serve it up black in a cup and there you are - the answer to their question: how good is their coffee?
Pretty good.
No idea about the food. I just needed coffee after night shift.

This cafe is obviously popular with the locals and, on the Main Street of Angaston, it is convenient also. The coffee and breakfast we had were really good. The staff worked efficiently but maybe they needed one extra staff member, as there were several customers. We enjoyed ourselves there.

Had not been for many months and was very Impressed with the revamped decor. The decor matches the quality of the food. Also surlprised this was the only place open in town at 7am-thankfully!
