The setting is modern and sets a high expectation that the food will be good, this hope is supported by the high prices for what are basically pub meals.
We sat and watched five tables, who arrived after us, being served their mains before us....Then came the seafood platter for two $120.
The oysters were not fresh at all , actually slimy, the prawns, B grade woolies prawns at best had more wrinkles than a nursing home, the beer battered prawns were nearly dripping with oil and the fish was dry.
It was the worst seafood platter I have ever had.
The cook (can't possibly be a chef) should seriously consider carpentry, or anything other than employment in the food industry.More
