CSi Club Southport has played an important part in the Southport community for over 50 years. It all began with a group of working-class locals who would meet each Sunday to enjoy a few cold beers and a yarn at the location where our Club now stands. After extensive renovations, the decision was made to rebrand as CSi Club Southport inc. We now host alfresco dining in The Laneway restaurant, 199 gaming machines, five full service bars, live & free entertainment every Friday & Saturday night, state of the art TAB & KENO facilities, multiple function & event spaces, a giant kidz zone with jungle gym, and over 300 car parks around the club, including a multi-level car park located at the back of the club off Railway Street.

Had lunch here on Saturday, 2 adults and 2 children - overall the food was great and staff were friendly. There's a large indoor playground which is probably more suited to younger children. It's a very large club with many seating options, indoor and outdoor. I would have given an excellent rating but after requesting a side of sauce (happy to pay for it) when I ordered our meals, which by the way cost $95.00 for 2 adults and 2 children. They didn't bring it with the meals and so when I asked about it, the staff member went away and came back to dispute it with me and asked for an extra $2 if I wanted it. I'm not bothered about the $2 but it was the way she made a scene over a sauce which the staff who took the order confirmed it was in the order at the time. If you stuff up an order, don't try to make the customer feel uncomfortable, just fix it.

We had lunch today and were disappointed in the meal. My husband had the members reef n beef special- the steak was lukewarm warm and full of gristle. My Thai salad was fresh but not overly flavoursome.
We’ve had much better meals in the past.
Very disappointing.

Stopped here for a weekend lunch and was pleasantly surprised at what a great spot it was for kids. Their playground is excellent and inside the restaurant even has a television to be able to see the outdoor playground. Fantastic for parents.
The kids menu is typical - deepfried something with chips. Not ideal, but it is what it is. Regular menu is standard pub food, however my steak was cooked really well and I enjoyed the entire meal. My husband chose a parmijana which he enjoyed. Both meals we had were great. Kids meal not so great but the kids playground more than made up for this. One thing I did appreciate was they allowed us to swap the icecream voucher for a second soft drink (kids meals come with a soft drink and icecream).
Very well priced, especially as it's on the Entertainment Card.

What a place !! Came on a spur of the moment visit while on holidays - could rate this place higher - kids meals the cheapest around and main meals great value for money and really good portions.
Great kids area in the outside type dining area- they even have a tv so if your sat inside you can check on the kids.
Staff were so friendly and nice and helpful to us as visitors.
Membership is $1 for life and comes with specials on drinks and food
The best pub like place I have found with on holidays up here

Come here weekly to play trivia and have dinner with family. Tonight ordered steak all round. My mum and sister are fussy about their very well done steaks. After getting a just medium 100g rump my sis asked if it could be cooked more and they obliged happily. Barely a minute later the steak returned to the table oily and crispy. To which I said that looks like its been thrown in the deep fryer. I tasted it and sure enough was coated in deep fryer fat. Being a chef myself I know the tricks that some below par or unqualified cooks resort to. I noticed the usual chef was not on tonight and laughed to my family and noticed the, and i use this term loosely "chef" was staring at us scowling. My sister felt embarrassed and I was annoyed that even though he had buggered up her meal, felt he had the right to make her feel uncomfortable. That said, we will continue to dine here hopefully with the usual chef on at the pass as to keep an eye on the obviously inept staff member who served us tonight.

You have to be a certain tier member when playing their machines to even get a basic cup of tea no matter how much you play. Service very slow. Music much too loud. Used to be my go to Club but not anymore

I celebrated my birthday and everything was wonderful. The service provided by the waitresses, especially Kelly, who treated us very well, was very attentive and helpful. The place caters very well to couples with children as it has a wonderful playground, not to mention the band that was playing on the day, which really brightened up our afternoon. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to celebrate something or even go see it.

This was our first time and we were pleasantly surprised with the modern feel, large outdoor area with couches and big screen TVs for sport, along with an indoor and outdoor area for kids.
Although the menu was simply basic pub fare, I was impressed that I could tailor my vegetarian pizza to my liking - meaning that the pizzas are made to order.
The beef, cheese and bacon burger was deemed better than average and it nice to see real cheese on the burger.
The vegetarian supreme pizza was huge with a nice thin base, toppings to the edge and good cheeses used, which made it stand out from other pubs in the area.
We look forward to coming here in Summer to spend a lazy afternoon sitting outside in the sun.

A large accessible club with something for everyone.
We we started with a cheesy garlic bread which was very delicious. I had the sweet potato croquettes which exceeded expectations. Phil had the 100g steak which was as expected.
All in all, it's a large club with decent food, however the service could be improved on. It was a long wait to order lunch.

This club is great, went here years ago but it has recently been upgraded and it’s fabulous! The restaurant has good food at reasonable prices, in particular the rump steak and prawns for $21.90...a bargain, comes with salad and chips....very good value!
Membership is $1 for lifetime....well worth it. Staff are friendly and helpful.

CSI Southport has it all. Pleasant friendly staff, reasonably priced drinks, extensive food selection without the expense. Comfy booth seating with your own tv to watch the tennis, cricket, horse or dog or harness racing. On Friday Saturday nights they have fantastic bands - all no cover charge. There's a huge TAB plus heeps pokies. Membership is $1 for life - how good is that ?!!
There's plenty offstreet parking behind the club but the local bus stops right in front

I'm a regular at the club and that's where my husband and I go every weekend
The lady behind the change counter with the pink hair,she needs to find a job where she doesn't have to talk to people,she's not friendly,she comes across rude when she speaks to you,believe me I'm not the only one that says that.
I was there Sunday and just the way she says things put me off,so I left.
I would give the club 5 stars,because I love going there.

We were staying nearby and called in for a quick drink one afternoon and simply couldn't believe the size of the club but also how many options there are for your eating and drinking environment.
The Laneway is fabulous and became our favourite place to grab a spot.
Jane at Reception was super friendly and we were treated like locals from the get go.
We've joined for life and will certainly be back.

Wish there was a minus that I could give. We are a group of Mum’s and kids that go to CSI every school holiday. We went in yesterday 28/1/22. There was a group sitting next to our table and one of the kids from their group kept hitting our boys. The parents did nothing about it. Later our boys were playing outside in the kids area and this child goes and troubles our kids there too. I went out to let our boys know to allow him to play with them as he is younger. The father comes picks his kid starts swearing at our boys and me and walks away. I went to ask him why he swore at the kids and me, this woman with him puts her hand in my face and tells me to go away because their way of communication is only swearing. I was very upset with the incident so went to their staff to talk about it and explained the entire situation. The man said he will send security over later to check on them. Nothing was done. In short it’s not safe for women to go with kids as there is no security or staff to step in when such incidents happen. We have been there a couple of times but clearly this group of people were not decent humans to know that you don’t swear at kids or in front of them because he didn’t hesitate to swear while holding his kid.

Was looking for a place to eat, walked past CSi, then turned around and walked in. It's a big club that has recently been renovated and refurbished so it's fresh and bright inside. A good range of good food at good club prices. Drinks are also reasonably priced. Was staying just up the road for work and ended up coming here for three nights in a row.
