Lots of choice & good sized scoops, great decor & lovely friendly staff.
Great place for a visit & a very tasty ice cream, sorbet or gelato. They also had vegan & dairy free.

Unfortunately, the shop was out of a lot of stock when I visited, but the lady was able to whip me up a sundae with the leftover ingredients I liked. It was very delicious and a much-needed sugar hit.

Was with my family and the shop started getting very busy and a man with with his three young kids were in front of us going to order their ice cream but the little boy was deciding and the lady rudely told the boy to hurry up, the man did grab his children and started to walk away but turned around and told her not to tell him to hurry up and all she said was she was busy and their were a lot of customers even though everyone understood that kids take a bit of time and everyone was very patient except her. She was then also quite rude towards me and my family after the man walked away and the ice cream 🍨 was not great and didn’t taste too pleasant. Very disrespectful, rude, impatient serving lady. Not going back there after what happened with the man and server but also me and my family. Also very dirty with things not cleaned properly.

The shop had no other customers at the time. So I just went and ordered a cup with 2 scoops of ice cream. The lady made 2 hollow scoops which would’ve been less than 1 scoop of ice cream. I was dumb struck by the ripoff and stood there poking at the hollow scoops for a minute. I almost said something to the lady, but changed my mind and decided never to go back.

We found this lovely ice-creamery at the end of our holiday …. If it was day one we would have been here everyday….
It’s right near the Settlement Cove pool and under new management.
The team are welcoming and full of fun and with sooo many fabulous flavours you could be here all day…
With tasters available it made our choices easier and fav flavours were vegan toasted coconut, passionfruit, musk mallow , burnt sugar, and caramel crunch.

Load of flavours but this is definitely not good quality ice-cream. The Nutella didn’t taste like it should and the pistachio was mediocre at best. Prices aren’t cheap so will give this a miss on the rest of our holiday.

Lots and lots of terrific flavours of ice cream. Staff were super friendly and recommended their favourites. Samples available. Try the 'burnt sugar' ice cream - its amazing!!!!

OMG.....so yum and the prices were great. They also sell swimmers, boardies, thongs, caps, towels etc etc for those people who didn't plan on going swimming, but then changed their mind once arriving in Redcliffe. This store has you covered.

Paid for a 2 scoop cup of ice cream and the server barely gave me 1. Server was quite rude and behaved as if I was asking her to do more than her job. Ice cream was also quite disappointing in flavour. Overall customer service was lousy and unwelcoming and the ice cream was mediocre at best. Wouldn’t recommend

The customer service was terrible, we stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes waiting. My sister and I ordered ice cream, while there was a large range of flavours, the lady was very stingy and barely gave us half a scoop each, which was definitely not worth the price I paid. My brother got a lolly cup and had barely filled it three quarters of the way when a lady yelled at him and when he apologised she did not stop. We all left feeling uncomfortable. I am disgusted with the way my brother was treated.

I went into this store with my little brother and sister and paid 18 dollars (6 dollars for each item) for a tiny lolly cup and two stingy ice creams. when he was filling the cup, she abused and yelled at him for trying to fill the cup to the top, and when he apologised and tried to leave she told him to put back the lollies that he had already touched, which is disgusting. As a bit of advise, I suggest if you don’t want children to try and take more, provide smaller cups. I resent the way my brother and I were treated. She behaved very rudely and made all of us uncomfortable and am very annoyed that I gave my money to this company and will not be returning

Best ice cream I’ve had on the peninsula! Cheap prices and every single flavour I’ve tried is so amazing! Many have chunks of treats hidden in there and the service is great!
The coconut base ice cream is super yummy!
