Overpriced, understaffed for a public holiday, an hour wait for an average meal. As diners started asking about the waiting time, staff were giving snarky replies. Shame really.

Service was pretty okay and coffee god but probably the worst breakfast I’ve had in a while, definitely won’t be back. I don’t usually like giving a bad review and prefer to bring it up with staff when they ask how everything was but once...the food was delivered we didn’t see anyone again. I went here with my mum and when we sat down 2 mins later flys start landing on us and annoying us I ordered the Ipswich thick shake and that was alright but the table was very sticky not to mention the chairs were uncomfortable....But once the food got there I got the kids hotcakes. But my mum ordered a chicken burger and she said it was overcooked and not to mention when we finished our food the restaurant to smell terrible so terrible that I had to put my shirt over my nose and we left early because of it. You can come here for the taste of food but I recommend notMore

We visited this cafe as part of a day out with friends in the park. Whilst the staff are friendly the food is woeful. Our takeaway sandwiches were served on stale bread that must have been days old. The coffee was cold. We won’t return.

Staff were happy, friendly, and very helpful. Good selection of food and drinks. Food was very good, and catered for Celiac family member. Cake cabinet is awesome - great variety. Tables available inside and on deck, with water spray fans. Family members are regulars at...this cafe.More

This is a review on hiring the function room, as I'm sure the cafe part was great. The room itself is pretty, large enough for a good gathering. Surrounds are also very lovely. But unfortunately hiring the function was a chore, no one seems to...be handling large bookings well as they are short staffed always. Anytime I couldn't get an answer or they were procrastinating over something I would get " sorry we are short staffed". I can tell it felt like a chore for the staff involved as well which wasn't comforting considering it wasn't cheap to hire/food. I felt it was not professional, and I was being very nice and accommodating when it should have been the other way around. Emails were not being answered after few days, I would have to call constantly and arrange things, and confirmation took forever. Time changes at last moment on their part which affected my guests, and platters that I wanted were not available but only told to me at last moment as well. The platter choices I had were not very good (Australian platter) (vegetable platter). I wanted the Italian Platter, and Sliders. The food that was provided was basic, not worth the amount it cost for sure. My group wasn't really keen on it as well which is disappointing. The punch that I booked I asked to be out out at 9am, people would arrive between 9 and 930 I was there at 815 to decorate, and the punch was already out so by the time people arrived the ice had melted and wasn't very appealing. Just a basic instruction again ignored. Last but not least throughout our session I had to constantly ask for the food to come out, they almost forgot fruit platter, I thought a particular person would meet me and help me out but I had to ask the waiters for everything as I didn't know who to talk to. It was pretty obvious they were not caring for the hiring of the function room. I paid for aircon also to be on, as this is not something they would have done without me explaining we need aircon. Thank goodness as we would have died otherwise. When turned off towards then end it was very stuffy. If there were one or 2 problems I would not have been bothered with writing a review, but with the many excuses, no care taken for a paid customer especially, and changes at last minute incurred an honest review. I would hope for the next party that hires this place they do not have the experience that I had.More

The atmosphere was beautiful, I really enjoyed over looking the park while I was able to let my toddler run around the cafe. My toddler ate her meal and was left feeling happy and I felt relaxed on our Sunday brunch. Would definitely highly recommend

Visited on a busy morning. But the staff were wonderful. Well organised, orders came out quickly. Will be visiting again.
