Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My family and friends visited this cafe on Sunday morning. I ordered the big breakfast with poached eggs and with allergies I asked that mushrooms be left off the plate and have an extra tomato instead. My plate consisted of the normal big breakfast which...I was unable to eat. My food was also cold. The food was very bland and oily. The bacon & mushrooms were deep fried. The eggs were cooked in one of those microwave cups. I also didn’t have the chorizo on my plate. My friend ordered the lemon curd waffles. Into eating then she noticed there was no lemon curd on the plate. We checked with the wait staff and was advised that they don’t do the lemon curd anymore. I queried why we weren’t advised and it wasn’t crossed off the menu like multiple other items were. We received a shrug of the shoulders. Very disappointed and not happy.More

Wow clean fresh food - brilliant coffee and friendly attentive staff. Great menu - whilst no vegan options they were more than happy to adjust for me. Well priced, off street parking ... what are you waiting for

Just stopped in as we were passing by. Wow...amazing, tasty fresh food. I enjoyed the delicious, perfectly flavoured and balanced meal of the Chicken Pho. It was a huge serving. My husband loved his beef stew, not a heavy stew at all. Tender, light style...sauce and really tasty. I tried his as well of course. Next time we come by this way... we will eat here again for sure. Lovely airy light decor and very sweet staff.More

We’re always looking for small cute cafes to stop for a quick bite. Thirty seven cafe really hit the mark, we ordered the pulled pork sliders and they were super mouth watering. Sitting outside is nice but can be a little noisy with the main...road running right by. Not much onsite parking, but can easily park curb side in the next street.More

We had breakfast here on Sunday with an hour to kill. The environment was airy and bright and the service was really attentive. Whilst fairly standard fare, the meals were generous in size, quick to be served and as ordered. We would definitely return if...in the area.More

Mmmm yum! Surprise Vietnamese food without actually advertising. Waffles are the best I've had in a long time, absolutely love that they are freshly made, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And what!?! Bacon is DEEP FRIED!.... Actually so good. Coffee is...good, which isnt easy to find in Ipswich. Service is friendly, atmosphere is lovely and even welcoming of our puppy 😀More

Quite poor value - standard breakfast (eggs and tomato on toast) and coffee was $23.00. It was nice, but nothing special to justify the extra price. Annoyingly the place did not have Natvia or Equal (and when I asked if they did, the staff looked...at me like I was from another planet; maybe I am, but at least some sort of sugar substitute is fairly standard in cafes these days...). Venue is beside a main road, so not particularly relaxing or pleasant for a weekend breakfast. The staff were okay (apart from the sugar thing) but I won’t be back.More

First visit and will never return. A crime against food....eggs poached in the microwave hard as golf balls. Was told chilli jam was included with my eggs and when not there had to pay $2.50 for hollandaise and wait while my breakfast got colder. Breakfast...burger for $19 was takeaway standard. Zero service and overpriced food.More

Went there on a Sunday with some family. The service is good and coffee very good. Value is fair. Big breakfast was ok, pork sliders very good and chicken sliders ok. All in all was a good experience and would recommend you give it a...try for yourself. The Menu has a good selection of items and you will find something to please most.More

Had heard about this cafe/restaurant which used to be a newsagent. The owners have done a lovely job with the decor. Very tasteful. Parking not a problem with plenty of spots around the corner despite being on the main road into Ipswich. We arrived after...1.30pm after most patrons had left. There was only one couple there at the time. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was nicely presented. Just a note that they are not open for dinner and aren't licenced.More
