When in Trapani you cannot miss a visit in the Colicchia Cafe.. they are true Granita Artisans and it is the best you can get.. my recommendation - Fichi Granita with brioche.. the best ever!! :) don't miss it!!

If you are in the area (downtown Trapani) do not miss this old, well-known spot. Excellent local pastries and - most of all - a fantastic granita. I believe the place might be crowded in summer, but in early November it was a wonderful discovery

This place is famous for granita of different tastes. Beyond lemon, strawberry, coffee they have also some traditional flavours as almonds, pistache and jasmine. You can have granita with brioche and anise cookies if you want to follow the original sicilian tradition.
We wanted to taste sicilian cannoli and granita. The staff was really nice. The owner was very helpful and talkative:-) We chose cannoli cassata and granita al caffe. Everything was really tasty.
