We have never been here and our usual coffee place didn't open until 9. Jubala was open. We ordered a biscuit egg and cheese with bacon and a biscuit with jam. Both were tasty. I don't drink coffee so I had a tea. While it was good it was also pricey.

I'm not sure if it speaks to how otherwise blah a trip to our state capital was or how great this coffee shop was. Seriously this place truly creates delicious stuff. I'm a coffee snob and I prefer it from a ceramic cup, not the paper crap you have to use on the go. In this case I did get... More

I just love this place! It's a refreshing change to the coffee shops I have visited... The staff is great and the food is yummy! Check it out!

I come here every time I visit Raleigh - which is every 2 or 3 months. The coffee is great. I love the biscuits. It's convenient and got a nice atmosphere. My only negative point is that it is slow. Every cup is handmade and it takes time. If you love coffee and have a few minutes this place is... More

Service is not as good or as friendly since most employees left for the new location. It seems like current employees are doing you a favor by waiting on you. A recent visit involved food arriving cold...I took it back and let them know. You would think a manager would come over and make things right but not here...

Let me ask you a question. Have you seen that new Bojangles commercial with the employee who talks to the customers? There is a scene where the employee is talking to a customer/actor and he says "Bojangles has like, the best biscuits ever!" The employee then smiles smugly and says something to the effect of "I know, right?". Ever time... More

My wife loved this place. Me it's OK. They should have more coffe option. They should offer fraps. Feel like more of a teenagers coffee shop.

We LOVE everything about Jubala! Best tasting latte in town. Awesome sandwiches and biscuits. Very cool vibe. I always feel better after time spent at Jubala.

In Raleigh to bike ride on the Neuse River Greenway. It was May but rainy and cold. We decided to start at Jubala. We had had coffee, etc at 2 other shops in the area before hitting this. Wow, no comparison. Latte, biscuit and peanut butter. Perfect.

Jubala is one of the busiest places in Raleigh come about 11am-2pm. The line gets out the door and it can be impossible to find somewhere to sit, especially in the winter months. That being said, I love their food and they have a wide variety of coffees with gorgeous designs in the foam on top. I'm a huge fan... More
