Visited the Death Star of doughnut manufacturing and loved every minute of it! Watched the doughnuts being fried, flipped, and sugar-showered. This place should be listed as an attraction rather than as a restaurant. We bought doughnuts straight off the conveyor belt - hadn't even made it to the quality control lady yet, but no worries. To sum it up... More

Krispy Kreme is a Raleigh landmark restaurant. Located on the edge of Oakwood, near Peace College, this dessertery is a local favorite! With 100 different varities of sweet treats, and seasonal doughnuts that change 10 times a year, there's truly something for everyone. I came in last week with 4 groupons. The doughnuts I was picking up were for us to give out to Police and FireFighters to thank them for their service to our community, so none of it was for me. I had to wait in line a long time, and I understand since it was the last day that the... More

It's a good distance from my home but it is worth the drive. The lit "Hot Donuts" sign alone is worth it, seems to bring out the kid in me! The best donuts in the state. It is important to establish your donut limit before going in, leaving some for the next trip is always a great idea. ENJOY! Good... More

Staff are friendly, and doughnuts are amazing! We really enjoy getting a morning treat from KK! The only thing going inside is, be prepared for the smell. It IS an open work area where they cook the doughnuts using metal equipment so it will smell as such.

The classic HOT Krispy Kreme Doughnut is what I usually stop here for. Try to keep yourself from eating more than just one of those babies, just try - You are probably NOT going to succeed. Also try the chocolate iced kreme - my other favorite there. Not a big fan of the others - they're good, but can't beat... More

Wonderful delicious HOT doughnuts - not much more needs to be said. The coffee is NOT the best thing as the new owners might think - we need the HOT doughnuts and the creme puffs!
