This is a very local culinary expierence. Think typical walk out the door stuffed comfort food. Very reasonably priced. If you go more than once expect to see some of the same people there.

We were hesitant to try this place because it's this little unassuming hole in the wall. But man were we happy when we finally tried it. Best breakfast in Mooresville- delicious pancakes, French toast and scrambles. Super quaint interior (think mismatched chairs from a bunch of different grandma's houses) and very sweet staff and ownership. Also looks like the place... More

Isy's has a wide range of food choices, from American to Greek, Italian, Mexican. Good home cooked selections. we love to order from their fresh menu board rather than the printed menus. Enormous portions.

Very good food. The Garlic bread and the Fried Green tomatoes are fantastic. The other items were very good as well. Reasonably priced and very good service. Nice folks and would eat here again tomorrow if I was in town.

The service was great. The ambiance so so. My meal was bad. I had a special called Italian sausage and rice. Expecting a nice fresh cooked sausage and getting little bite size gobs of sausage way over cooked and probably deep fried to serve on dry rice with a smattering of pepper and onions ruined my evening. I didn't send... More

This place was recommended to me as somewhere that offered good traditional food and it proved to be so. I went back several times to eat there. Could perhaps do with a few repairs in places such as - I don't really like table tops which have major marks on them and one or two tables were like this. Is... More

My wife and I go here on her lunch break every now and then. It's usually on a Friday, so I order their fish. It's always very good, and, most importantly, it's quick! Keep in mind, this is around 12-1 pm, but it's always awesome!

Really decent southern style home cooking. Wide selection of food choices, generous portions with excellent homemade desserts. Personal favorite is beef tips on rice with fresh pecan pie for dessert. Staff is friendly and prices are fair for what you get. Worth giving a try.

Isy Bell's used to be a great place to get good meat and veggies in a town that lacks restaurants with southern food. In the past 2 years the food is not as good. Maybe new management or something. It is unfortunate that we no longer can eat there since the place has gone down.

We wanted a traditional small town southern meal and this was delightful. Had the special pimento cheese burger which was delicious. Nice staff and good food. Side note- they know exactly how to cook perfect crisp bacon!

Thank Debra T
