What a great experience. VJ, the sommelier, helped us pick a Chardonnay that is the best that we have ever enjoyed. The food was fantastic. We started with the escargot, then the Cesar salad and the main course was their cannelloni. Each course was wonderful. This was our favorite restaurant in Highlands.

Food, wine, cocktails and service are top notch! Our table ordered the yellow tail appetizer.. Yum! I had the filet with Gorgonzola cheese. It was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. Don't miss the desserts! Bread pudding is beyond.

I've never had such great bread pudding before in my life. This would be my last meal if I were on death row.

Lovely dinner with friends in this wonderful restaurant on Main Street. We made reservations and were seated immediately. Our salads were terrific and the entrees were a treat. The service was attentive without being over the top. It is easy to understand why this is Highlands #1 rated restaurant. Book it Danno!

Ok, Highlands has some really very good restaurants but when asked to pick one as the absolute best, Paoletti's is it. My gosh this place is worth the drive to Highlands but when you live here, you are so lucky. My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience here tonight. From cocktails to appetizers to entrees everything was... More

The atmosphere is romantic and professional. Paoletttis location on Main Street makes it easily accessible in the evenings. The menu is diverse and all is cooked to perfection. Great wine selection by the glass or bottle. It's the most authentic and refined restaurant in Highlands.

Okay, I wanted to give this place a better review, but time after time I have left here disappointed. we own a house in Highlands so we are pretty careful about making sure we don't try to drop in during peak season at peak times....but often we get guest who are dying to try paoletti because a friend has told... We appreciate your review. We are sorry you feel that we are overpriced. Our dinner menu's pricing is fair and commensurate with other establishments in town. Dining out is a very subjective experience in many ways and while you suggested that you are more the type that likes to 'eat and run' I can see why we don't fulfill your... More
