My husband was stationed in Germany when he was younger and he loves German food. Every time we stop in Hendersonville, we visit this restaurant. We ordered both the sausage sampler and another sampler with Jaeger schnitzel, Sauerbraten, etc. It was delicious and the service was fantastic!

Salad consisted of cucumbers, carrots, green beans and lettuce in a home made dressing - really good. We had the sample platter so we could taste four different things and they were all great. Even though we didn't have room, ordered the apple strudel and it was equally great. Would definitely go back!

Great German decor and the food was authentic and delicious. I was in Germany as a kid, Air Force Brat! So, it's sort of rare to find good German food. I had schnitzel sub, it was fresh and the meat was cooked perfectly, thin and crispy, Great roasted potato's too. My son had a reuben and it came with German... More

We enjoyed the Royal Snitzle, named for King Ludwig -- snitzel, tomato and cheese. With reisling, of course.

A really wonderful restaurant for German food enthusiasts. Beautiful and fun German items on display throughout the restaurant and an attached deli with hard to find European items.

Stopped in on a Tuesday about 730pm. No problem getting a table and an attentive server. Jennifer was very helpful with personal suggestions and very easy on the eye to boot. Food and service were both above average. Highly recommend this restaurant.

My wife researched restaurants in Hendersonville since we would be in town. The food was great. The pretzel and brat appetizer was fresh. The jaeger schnitzel was very good. Definitely recommend the deserts. My wife had the apple strudel and I had the Black Forest torte. Tasted as good as the food we ate in Nurnberg.
