This is a very rustic simple no frills hole-in-the-wall BBQ joint. They are only open Friday and Saturday nights 5pm to 9pm. Family run, cash only, all you can eat, and always busy!! They have the best BBQ chicken I have ever eaten anywhere!!! Don't...More

This is a diamond in the rough. During the drive we were concerned, "We couldn't get there from here!" The parking lot was full. We weren't sure where to go in. Surprise! It was a NC country experience. We had wonderfully prepared food. The musical...More

Love the food and casual atmosphere! Music was ok. The only negative was the children running around and up and down the bleachers, very loud!! Be prepared to pay extra for your drinks and a dessert.

The food is good, but the full experience is what keeps us going back. Live bluegrass music, line dancing and clogging, and all you can eat barbecue down an old dirt road. If you can resist the urge to turn around while yelling "paddle faster"...More

While you have to take several back roads to get to this gem, it is worth it for the entertainment. While it opens at 5, the fun doesn't start until 7. A super place for a large group of friends or family. Buffet style only....More

The food (all you can eat!); the setting; the family; the music and dancing - it all adds up to a fabulous place to spend a Friday or Saturday evening (the only nights they are open). Just a great, great time for the whole family!

BBQ has little to no flavor. I prefer smoked BBQ, and this is far from smoked. The atmosphere is great however. They usually have a love band and dancing.

I've been to this festival several times. it is a fun event for locals, but I don't know about making a 2 hour drive to attend. Personally, I'd be disappointed if I drove that far.
